Super fast and friendly! The bubble waffle smelled and tasted really good. Drinks are pretty good
Disappointed with the online ordering process. I placed an order for a 5-minute pickup, but never received a text, email, or app notification that it was ready. Despite the store being quiet (only 2-3 people inside), I sat on the couch for 15 minutes without a single staff member greeting me or asking if I was there for a pickup, even though the cashier saw me waiting.
The total lack of follow-through, both digitally and from the silent staff on-site, is frustrating.
Why is it that everytime I order an A7 with no sugar it either comes out as sweet as hell (from lychee juice) or not sweet at all? It’s like a gamble everytime I order it. Hey but the tapioca here is always fresh so I love that

Love the bubble waffle.
Most days, this branch gets a five. However this week, we had an incident where we were handed a waffle that clearly doesn't pass quality and also a boba milk tea that was not properly sealed and ended up spilling in our vehicle. I attempted to reach out in the app for support but haven't heard a response.
We love happy lemon! The mango matcha smoothie is the best!

Very polite staff! This was my first time in and Gia and Jordyn were very helpful with the menu choices. I work nearby and will certainly be coming back! Tea is great— I prefer the fruit teas over the milk and it can be hard to find places that serve lots of flavors of fruit teas. Check this place out!
