The drinks are great. But they have the weakest lids that don't fit well on the cups. Every time I pick up the drinks the lids fall off, causing a messy spill in my car.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had at Happy Lemon... I ordered a milk tea with puff cream and no ice. I received a milk tea with a lot of ice cubes without puff cream. I told the Asian lady (employee) that my order should be without ice and she shake the drink and told me that see, the ice melt. What? Are you kidding me? That Asian lady was so mean and making up excuses to cover up her fault. I will never go back to this store and ask my friends not go there too. Also, the cashier was mean. When I explained my situation to her, she acted like deaf. It ruined my day even they re-made my drink. Obviously, these ladies who work at their night shift at about 7:50pm on 1/24/2024, showed no respect to their customers and need some trainings indeed.

Ugh, this milk tea place, seriously? ? I asked for 'less ice,'(regular milk tea) but they handed me a cup that was like an iceberg! And the service? Oh, don't get me started. Zero greetings, just a blank stare when I walked in. It's like the boss is skimping on their paychecks, and the employees are working like soulless robots. If you're looking for a chill hangout with good service, you might wanna skip this one

This is my fav happy lemon spot to visit. The employees are always friendly and I’m welcomed warmly. I think they do a great job maintaining professionalism given the entitled demographic here in Bellevue. I highly recommend the ube fresh milk with 50% sugar, so delicious!Also the decoration has improved a lot lately, they’ve added a bunch of live plants!Dietary restrictions: They offer oat milk and almond milk for diary alternatives. Standards have been pretty low regarding customer service lately. They are rude and lack courtesy and are not receptive to requests. Very nonchalant behavior, extremely upset since this used to be our family favorite.

Since this location’s existence, loyalty points seem to never have worked due to wifi or some other issue with their system. Most of the seating and waiting area has been replaced with storage cabinets and cardboard boxes. Drinks and waffles are made in a timely manner but the worker taking orders lacked very basic customer service skills and was more engaged with her friends that were in line behind us as she was still taking our order.
