If we can leave Zero Star, we would like to do that. We order two chicken chop with rice, we asked hardwork cafe to add soy egg. Because those were pick-up orders, we did not check carefully. When we get home and ready to enjoy our food, we notice that there were no soy eggs, besides, there were no fried egg either. ( we are 100% sure that the chicken chop with rice has fried egg, since we order too many times). We called but no body answer the phone, so we decided to drive back, we arrived on 10:25pm, and nobody in the shop, even though it shows the closing time is 10:30 pm.This is the worst purchase experience in my life

Had the Strawberry shaved ice desert. Walked in having no clue what i'd get here so I didn't know how big this thing was before ordering it. Tasted pretty good though.

This place has become one of my new favorite spots for both boba and dinner. My friend suggested checking out this place and I honestly had mediocre expectations because I thought it was a typical dessert place. Oh, I was so wrong.LOCATION & PARKING //This is in Lake Hills Village (a large strip mall) so there's a ton of parking! It's on the opposite side of the parking entrance so just keep going until you find it.FOOD //The food here is amazing. We tried a bunch of appetizers and EVERYTHING was so good. My favorites were the SAVORY SCALLION PIG EARS, BOILED FRIED TOFU, PORK BELLY BURGER, and POPCORN CHICKEN. These were my standouts. I also tried the BRIASED BEEF NOODLE SOUP but that was forgettable for me. I highly recommend going with people and sharing a bunch of the appetizers.Something that weirdly stood out was the COCONUT MILK TEA. I know it's ridiculous because it's such a basic drink but I think about this once a week. It was deliciously creamy and the perfect blend of sweet and milky. I want some right now!SERVICE //The service here is great! Eveyrone is super helpful and ready to help whenever you'd like.AMBIANCE //There are a ton of available tables in here and the best way to describe it is a casual place for people to hang out for the evening. OVERALL // 5 starsI am amazingly impressed. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend it!

Food is delicious, pricing is super reasonable and delivery via Uber eats has been fast and reliable.

I tried the taro milk tea and tiramisu milk tea both were really tasty the tiramisu was a little sweeter than I like at 75% so I'd probably order it less sweet next time. I also had the honey banana toast and that was really good too! Fast and accurate delivery through Uber eats.

They're finally cleaning the restaurant a little bit. Visit several times your restaurant in bellevue and your hygiene was lousy the place was always dirty and had a bad smell and that's why I stopped going and now that there is danger of infection they are already taking cleaning measures and it is very late

This place brings me back to my days living in Taiwan. It is not overly fancy or too casual. The decor meets in the middle. Service has always been decent. They have the fried chicken steak and popcorn chicken. Another one of my favorites is the stewed pork over rice. Too bad, it is not allowed to substitute this into the combos with rice. It has more of the sauce with savory bits of pork mixed in: the definition of comfort food. There are also some decent appetizers such as the garlic pork or Taiwan sausage. There are good combos to pick from and ideal for sharing if you are in a group.

Ordered a bread cake with ice cream on top. Once they brought it out, you could smell the “old fridge” smell. ?The square side of the cake tasted and smelled like it was super old. I would not recommend this place. Especially after peeking into the kitchen... ?

I'm so happy to have a Taiwanese restaurant in my neighborhood. I travel to Taiwan frequently and love the local food. You can get your bubble tea, your beef noodle soup, nice dumplings and much more. Everything I've ordered there is great. I'll be a regular customer.

I asked them a question and they had the worst attitude. I asked is the boba tea fresh milk. They said they won’t answer the question because it is confidential. They also said they have no extra plates......l.
