Absolutely delicious!
My go to place is tokyo ya in Federal Way and ive stopped in multiple places to test out their taste... so far none have come up anywhere near as good as Tokyo ya until I stepped here. Delicious broth and huge portion for the ramen

Solid place to get Ramen. They have beer too. Very casual. You order up front and they bring it out to you. Looking at the things other diners ordered, it all looked great. Definitely a good place to stop.

rarely have i ever walked out after two bites. the meat in the chicken karage is... something Ive never tasted before. If that was chicken, they are using some interesting chickens. The ramen, meanwhile, is no different in quality from top ramen. worst ramen Ive ever had.

Absolutely no service at all, the ramen broth tasted like pure chemicals, nothing authentic about it. The meat and kimchi were not fresh at all. I ended up with an upset stomach right after eating. Definitely not coming back:(

Fun, quick, and delicious ramen spot in the Factoria area of Bellevue. I would highly recommend the spicy tonkotsu ramen. The both is amazing and not too spicy. They fry the pork before it goes into the bowl so it has a little char which I fully appreciated. They get it out quick and the staff at the front were great. They also offer a few beer options as well if your in t he mood for a quick drinks.

Chicken was too chewy, rubbery, burnt, and overcooked — you will find some recent reviews pointing these exact same issues, but these guys are still doing it instead of improving their food. Wasted my money.

Noodle Noodle – Horrible Experience ⭐☆☆☆☆
Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I went on Saturday (September 26) and bitterly regretted it. The food was a total disaster: drenched in grease, poorly prepared, with a rancid taste. Pork was so much cooked fat that it was more meat than meat. I ordered a dish called chinchi pandle—the meat was spoiled, either the restaurant owner uses donated meat or gets garbage from downtown Seattle. The tofu was hard and dry, clearly frozen for months. The result? I spent the entire Sunday (September 27) with a stomachache and diarrhea. I had to cancel appointments scheduled weeks ago.
The place is filthy; it seemed like no one cleaned. The bathroom smelled like sewage and was disgusting.
And the atmosphere? Even worse. They played reggaeton at full volume through a cheap speaker, distorting and giving everyone a headache. I politely asked to lower the volume and was completely ignored. Instead of a restaurant, it felt like I was trapped in a low-rent nightclub.
I left with an earache, a stomachache, and the certainty that this place is a trap for anyone who loves good food.
👉 Terrible food, terrible atmosphere, terrible service.
👉 I'll never go back and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

We order ramen bowls, the katsu chicken and pork plate, a tempura roll, and the green tea tiramisu. Everything was so delicious and satisfying! I don't live in the area but I wish I did so I could come back!!

This is THE restaurant for introverted people. It’s clean, relatively quiet, aesthetic, and tasty. You pay with big screens which have pictures and so many options. Normally, miso hurts my teeth, however they let you change the settings, so I got less sodium and it was heavan. I could fit both hands and my head in my ramen bowl! The value is just incredible. If you come to Seattle and don’t try this restaurant, you didn’t go to Seattle. They serve authentic Japanese food that tastes real unlike many other restaurants.

The beef yakisoba is one of the best things I've ever eaten. So much flavor, make sure you also order it spicy for the added kick. Just a phenomenal dinner option for something quick. We ordered online, and the food was ready in under 20 minutes. Great place
