Today I ordered a small pot of beef offal rice noodles and it was pretty good. The soup was very rich. I was worried about the technology at first. But when I came back, I didn’t feel my mouth was dry. It should be a good soup base.
There are vegetables, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and beef offal. The rice noodles are also cooked well. It would be better if there are beef tendons. The beef leaves are very tender. Overall, it is okay. A portion ranges from 14.99 to 20 dollars.

Absolutely amazing! Portions are big and delicious. Super affordable. Hot pot rice noodles are recommended.Very authentic Chinese rice noodles. Remind me of the food that I ate in China.

I wonder if the restaurant changed ownership. We ordered two bowls only to receive one, and the one we got has zero beef. The rice noodle in the separate container looks like some leftover taken from other people's bowl.

Do not come to this place! Too slow, ordered place by 12:31pm still didn’t get food after 30 minutes! Only 3 orders made in 30 minutes. And it is a food court noodle soup shop. Order from anywhere else but this place. I watch my husband finish his food from 2 other places, and mine is not ready. Ridiculous

Yeah the beef noodle has no beef except grounded "beef" and a bunch of spice carbohydrates .. it costs me $20, I think beef steak companies will cry at this.Chines cheat on ChineseThe same stories goes on, especially in Chinese supermarkets . (Overpriced, heavily unhealthy, carbohydrates only Chinese will buy)

Authentic Huaxi noodle shop. They are serious about spiciness level .. I got the pork intestine noodle. It’s tasty and spicy .. great combo. Price is high for food court in Asian family market.

Huaxi beef noodle used to be my favorite food. But lately, I found their quality is not stable. I ordered a to-go order and found they forgot to add an important ingredient: sauerkraut. Beef was very hard to chew and noodle was not fully cooked. It’s very disappointing. Hope the owner can read this message and improve the quality as well as better train their employees to better cook the food!
