Barely any chicken in my doordash bowl, but the ingredients and sauces were good enough that i’m giving 4 stars. Would be great if they gave a reasonable amount of meat.

Hummus republic is my go-to for lunch when I'm in the area. I love to get a bowl with couscous, chickpeas, and mushroom shawarma. The mushroom shawarma is soooo good I almost need to start ordering double protein because it's so delicious. I love that you can add plenty of toppings and sauces, and hummus! I've noticed their portion sizes have decreased recently, but it's still plenty of food. Picture below is from a few months ago and since then I've never quite got that same amount, but maybe I just got lucky before. Either way, I'm still coming back. Pop around the corner from the republic to try Story Coffee Bellevue for a nice drink as well :)

My team had a meeting catered by hummus republic today. I really enjoyed it. There was a few different types of hummus to choose from, plus a half dozen different sauces to add on top. We had falafel, chicken, and beef. The falafel was my favorite. The salad had a lot of olives on it, which i really appreciated. The crispy pita crackers were delicious.

Great food and even better customer service! I forgot to get my receipt to expense my meal but I called them back and the gentleman helped find my ticket and sent over the receipt.
Visited couple of weeks ago and just recently visited again. The staff has changed and I don’t understand the big difference in making a bowl, the quantity is soo less they do not have rice for base ????? So only base of green couple of scoops of hummus n toppings ? Ridiculous and expensive for the quantity

Been wanting to try this place for a while. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. As a Private Chef specializing in Mediterranean Cuisine, I rate the food as less than average. There was literally very little distinction between the flavor of the chicken vs the couscous or special sauces. The spinach wrap was old and dry. The work area was messy, obvious cross-contamination and many sauces/food spilled around the various containers. I almost walked out just because of the appearance of the work area. Most disappointing was a patron who was eating a meal from a different fast food restaurant in the public area. I will not recommend this restaurant for its lackluster appearance and quality of food. The server was very friendly and informative.
