Had the pepperoni pizza today and man are they delicious! Crust reminds me of Napoli style, I’m guessing dough has a higher hydration. Crispy outside and nice tender chew in the inside. The right amount of toppings and pizza held its quality in box. Speaking of box, how fun is that?! I love how interactive the meal was! Kudo’s In Pizza We Crust!!!!!!!

Our dealership had them come for our month end. The food was phenomenal, lots of choices and even cauliflower crust!! Its family owned and you can see they take pride in every aspect of the pizza. The woodfire dome is working overtime and the person running it is moving each pizza so you get just the right cook on it. I would definitely recommend, a must try!!

I always judge a restaurant by it's simplest dish and the basic pepperoni ? here is to die for. Not just good food though, the local family that runs this joint are so warm and inviting! It was winter and I was obviously underdress, but was too curious about the wood fire oven-legit an art piece! The family were so inviting and asked me to stand closer to the oven area to stay warm with a better viewing angle of my ? being cooked to order.Ever since showing my friends and family to this wood fire ? joint, I've gotten compliments on my taste buds but the honors truly go out to the ? crew and the art they call ?.

Dietary restrictions: Has cornflower option, this is insanely tasty

Outstanding wood fired pizza. The best local.

Was great pizza for a decent price but they hold their POS tablet in their hands and ask you how much to tip. You have to then say your tip to them and they'll touch the screen and select the tip for you. This interaction was extremely uncomfortable.Keep in mind this is a food truck, and I am ordering takeout hence there is no service involved. This was an obnoxious experience that leaves me no choice but to give a 1-star rating to hopefully discourage this obscene and out-of-control behavior of pressuring customers to tip.

Updating my review, for some reason they ask you to tell them how much you wanna tip and so they select it for you on their ipad screen instead of letting you select it, which by itself makes you uncomfortable, to make it even worse, I very clearly said no tip and they selected 15% anyway.Very good pizza for Washington though, but horrible horrible attitude.

My recent visit to this food truck left me and my companions feeling uncomfortable due to the behavior of the staff. When it came time to complete our orders, the employees instructed us to verbally indicate our preferred tip amount, making it clear that we were not allowed to physically touch the screen ourselves. This was the case for all four of us in our party, and we were all very disappointed by this interaction.I am unsure if this is a standard business policy or merely the conduct of the staff on that particular day. If it is indeed a policy, the owner may justify it as a measure against COVID or a food safety precaution. However, if that were truly the concern, it would be more appropriate for the staff to be wearing masks (which none were) and changing gloves after handling the screen, prior to handling food (which they didn't). It seems evident that the objective of this practice is to pressure customers into tipping, and no other rationale makes sense. This is a dishonorable way of doing business, and for that reason alone neither I nor my companions will ever return.

Really fresh ingredients. I had the bold pepperoni with hot honey. It was so delicious!

Mediocre, overpriced pizza. Also, not a fan of being put on a spot and have someone choose from a set of pre selected tip options for me and that too, for a food truck pickup.

Was expecting a bit better ingredients like fresh mozzarella and better prosciutto. Expected more from wood fired pizza.

Hands down the best pizza in the Seattle area. I normally don’t leave reviews, but WOW.

Closed when we got there. Out of business? Wrong hours advertised?
