They took my order like I am being a bother to them. Tried Loco Moco with a side of macaroni salad. Gravy was a light crème color (never seen this on loco moco before) and tasted as bad as it looked. The rice was so overcooked, it was just a starchy paste. Never again.

Ordered online for pickup, they said network down did not come thru. So ordered fried shrimp there again and coating was so hard it hurted my teeth and do not taste fresh. Later found out they charged me for the online order I did not receive and refusedrefund, They are horrible people and service. I absolutely recommend avoiding this place! I am filing a complaint in small claim court. I would go to L and L BBQ much better food and service.

Love the portion size, the bbq beef came with 2 scoops of rice and a salad. Very tasty & no msg is a plug. Will try other items for sure when I m near Bellevue Crossroad!!
We came on Tues and there were a Farmer market in the other side of the crossroad parking lot with live band too, it was a nice surprise!

I have eaten in most of the restaurants in this food court and this is BY FAR the best deal for your money large portions for a fair price. The pork and chicken dishes are good but the beef is low quality. Great friendly owners also!

I got the Kalabi ribs with the best Mac salad I’ve ever had. This is one of the best restaurants you can go too . The ube and pineapple ice cream was so refreshing this is going to be our favorite spot this summer can’t wait to come back and experience the amazing people here thank you for making mine and my girlfriends night.

I have loved coming here ever since I can remember. The last 2 times there has been a young guy taking the orders on the POC and he has been INCREDIBLY RUDE both times. I wasn’t even done saying “I would like the kalua pork convo w-“ when he interrupts and said “there are so many convos, idk which one you even want” while rolling his eyes, the very first encounter with him. As of today, I come up to order and he just looked like he did not want to be there, doesn’t say a single word & even sighed after I ordered.
I have loved this place ever since I can remember but his attitude is honestly not worth continuing on coming here.

Great food overall. Had the combo beef and chicken. Chicken was juicy and had a nice flavor to it. Beef was a little on the sweeter side but not bad. Large portions. This restaurant is located inside Crossroads Mall. Parking is plentiful around the mall.
