Turkish pide is now something I will look for, thanks to Istanbul Cuisine in Bellevue, WA. The taste, texture, aroma, and presentation of their pide was WOW! Everything about it was delightful and balanced - every bite was delicious! We also love their Ciq Kofte and Kunefe - rich and satisfying! A must try for those who seek well-made food.

When I ordered food they gave me the number, and with this number they are giving your order, I’m waiting outside about 20min and nobody called me that my food is ready, when I take a look at them to ask my order they’re giving me cold, what hell the service calling? You guys cannot call that number ** your order is ready?
Part of Bellevue Square Mall, its stall is located outside of Macys facing Bellevue Way. My favorite is the Mix Gozleme and Spinach Gozleme. I like their Lentil soup but they don’t have it available all the time. Very delicious, and only thing that can be improved is to add more filling inside. Though one order can be pretty filling. Business seems like it’s family owned and you can watch them make your order from the glass divider.
