The fries were cold and stale, they gave me the wrong burger with the combo I ordered, and the meat on the burger looks like it had been sitting out for over a day. Highly recommend going to a different fast food place instead of here.

If you like Jack-in-the-Box-style food, here you go. Get the app, although they don't allow you add items to their deals (yet!) -- like cheese on the jumbo jacks -- the $3 two breakfast jacks wins for breakfast (any time!) all day long.

There is a Hispanic woman at the register that is VERY VERY RUDE. Seems she is miserable with her job. 2nd time going to this particular location. On first time, I thought maybe she was having a bad day. This last time, she completely treated us very rude. Walked off the register after we were asking her questions on the menu. Started speaking Spanish to the other employees not knowing that I spoke Spanish fluently. Horrible disposition. Someone else recvd the wrong order which was brought back to her and she placed the items back in the warmer and gave it to another customer who had just entered the store..."after the person whom returned it had opened with hands all over it". Body language & facial expressions speak louder than words! These types of employees make a great fast food place really bad business. Disgusting, bad attitude and they need to get rid of her!
