Imagine this: you finish a long and exhausting hike
and want to treat yourself to a grilled chicken sandwich at J in the B. You grab your bag after ordering and head home, full confidence that the great employees here accurately filled your bag with exactly what you ordered. You get home and pull out the contents of your bag to find...a sad tiny burger covered in mayonnaise. It’s ok though, the young man who took the order was relieved there was nobody behind you! Must’ve been a stressful day.

The absolute worst service I have ever gotten from a Jack in the box. While I was ordering, I was cut off by the woman on the other line of the drive through, and she rudely told me that they didn’t have potato wedges. Not only that, but they did not even melt any of the cheese on my grilled cheese. Do not go here unless you want to be disappointed.

Not the worst Jack in the Box I've been to, but far from the best. I used the screen to order and ate inside. The staff who brought it out to me did so without saying a word, which I thought was odd. It took a few tries to find a table that was wiped down. The Double Jack was okay, maybe a bit heavy on the lettuce, but I liked it. I've had better sauced and loaded tiny tacos. If I'd never had them before at a good Jack's, I wouldn't have them again based on these. They weren't worth a photo.

The lady working the drive through was so high she couldn't take my order. She asked me 3 times at the speaker and another 3 times at the window after I waited for them to clear 2 cars for about 10 minutes. I just drove off and went to another location.

They always take forever to bring the meal and to make matters worse they always get my orders wrong. I don’t know how many times I have to say straight fries and I still always get curly fries. I say I want an order of boneless wings and I end up getting a burger. I’m never wasting my money at that lousy store.
