This was the most disgusting place I have been. I am not talking about the food, there was food all over the floor, my shoes stuck to the floor everywhere. Nobody at the counter, ordered via a screen. We chose dine in(before we saw the mess) the food came in Togo bags and we had to unpack it to eat. My daughter went to the counter to ask for ketchup. She tried to get their attention but no one came. We could hear them laughing and talking in the back. Someone made eye contact then looked at their tablet and walked away.

I went to this location because I didn't have time to go to another. I got a sourdough chicken sandwich and 2 tacos. The lettuce on the sandwich was brown and wilted. The tacos were soaked in grease and disgusting not to mention missing cheese and lettuce. I asked the lady for a copy of my receipt so I can scan it for points. When I got to my destination and went to scan my receipt, she had put mngr meal and made it look like I had just paid the taxes 🙃 did she pocket my $12.00 ?...sadly no points..( I usually go to Issaquah..better quality and service..very disappointed. Now I remember why I don't go to Jack in the box. 156th street, Bellevue

Horrible service through drive thru. Asked for light salt on fries, so we were served with cold meldew smelling plain fries a smashed sandwich 2 window slams and a horrible attitude from the drive through person.
We spent $28 and expected at least quality food, especially because we waited at the window longer then usual. The woman at the window also slammed her window closed before my daughter could finish her sentence.
Very rude, horrible customer service and food was meteroker at best...

Come here if you like a surprise. Every time I visit this location I NEVER get what I ordered. Nowadays for $24 I would expect a little more.

I was shamed by one of the employees today who mistakenly didn’t complete an order and charged it to another customer. He then yelled at me while I was ordering inside of the restaurant. I had to wait for about 20 minutes after the order was placed and this employee kept being upset about his mistake. I still got the order wrong as usual which is really upsetting as I mentioned to the person there who I’ve been given the wrong order multiple times before and getting this unacceptable treatment.

Tardiness to prepare order. Sunday 10:30 am. My husband ordered online 10 minutes before we arrived and finally decided to dine it. There were another customer after us and a few drive-thru. Still need to wait another 15 minutes, some staff are chatting in front of the drain machine doing nothing.

They had gotten my order wrong I asked them to fix it and they got mad. They didn’t fix it. I proceeded to ask for ranch and they said “what do you need ranch for” i told them for my tacos and they only gave me one ranch and said i couldn’t have any more even after i offered to pay for it. They then shut the window on me so I gave them the finger and he came out of the store and tried
to hit me but hit my window instead. Very, very unprofessional and I think they need to be shut down! There is no way I should be getting assaulted just trying to order food.
