Stopped by Jamba Juice in Bellevue Square Mall while looking for something light and refreshing. The menu had a good selection of smoothies and juices, and I went with one of their classic fruit blends, and it hit the spot. The service was quick, and everything was made fresh in front of me. The service was good but nothing extraordinary. The location is inside the mall, so parking is handled through general mall parking, which is usually plentiful. Restrooms are available nearby inside the shopping center. Not a place to sit and hang out, but perfect for a quick and healthy stop during a shopping trip. Overall, consistent quality and an easy experience.

Ordered drink on mobile. Lights were flickering in there, tables rickety, waited for a drink for a while and finally went to the counter to ask for the drink since multiple people came and went and the lady had to walk and hand over a drink that had just been sitting there in the back but hadn't been called out or put in the pickup area. Drink thankfully wasn't too melted but for a 12 dollar drink that's kind of ridiculous to not even call out it's ready for pickup.

Ordered a large mocha drink last Sunday. Ended up with food poisoning and missed a day of work as a result. Still trying to recover in fact. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever had bad food poisoning and it’s put me off of Jamba Juice forever. I don’t leave negative reviews if I have the occasional negative experience but this was something else.

It is what it is, a Jamba juice inside a mall. Drink is consistent, so it's good. Customer service is nothing to rave for. It's understandable for Monday before Christmas. Orders came pretty quick.

A group of 4-5 were standing behind the counter chatting, but no one came to take orders nor did they point to the kiosk which is on the other side of the room. And they weirdly glare at the person picking up food at the counter, no smile or thanks whatsoever that you’d see in every other place.
Clearly, better training is needed, especially for a busy location like Bellevue Square.
