I was craving a shepherds pie and went to the yelp search bar to find what restaurant had some. Jesters popped up. Great reviews so we decided to try it. It was had to find because we didn't know it was in the mall.We ordered Steak and Mushroom and Spinach and Feta. What a fast delicious treat! Soooo good!!!!!! Savory pie is so underrated in America. Thankfully, my understanding is that that is not the case in Australia, and Jesters brings a bit of that to Bellevue! As soon as I saw this, I knew I had to try it, and it's already exceeding my high expectations! We had the butter chicken and chicken tinga pies. I love the rosemary chicken!!!!!The minced beef deluxe is also pretty good, but red meat is not really my thing.Their butter chicken feels to be missing a lot of typical spices of a authentic garam masala but what could I expect from an American place putting a pseudo-Indian dish in a flaky crust? no minus points here.One complaint I have is that it is always a too hot at first, but no big deal.I tried their berries vanilla custard pie- didn't enjoy.
