JJ food quality and quantity have gone down a lot recently. If you get an original there is barely any meat. It’s pretty much a mayo sandwich and they charge you $11+ for it. I won’t be going back to any JJ anymore

I was charged over $28 for an unwich. Large roast beef sandwich, no bun, rolled in a lettuce wrap with avocado and a piece of bacon. $28. Plus mediocre service. It's no wonder we're at 3.5 stars for Jimmy John's. Last time customer here. Bad value, iffy service, okay food, extremely high prices (for a bunless sandwich)

Great for a quick bite during the work day. As more companies are doing return to office. They will probably need to get more staff. As there was on 3 people working.

I tried a small turkey cob sandwich. Nothing bad about the sandwich, nothing great about it either. I felt the sandwich was good value for money. The place was busy but they were serving the order very quickly. The place is great for a quick takeout. I hardly waited for 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend dining in.

Worst services ever met. Booked order on DoorDash, later for one hour app showed the order completed. No show at office, call the store, manager said no driver pls come to store. Went to store, manager said no order received, showed them the order, they made it randomly. Feel sorry for this store and customer service and everything!
the worst customer service ive ever seen the manager talks bad about customers after they walk out.. the wait times are terrible 20 min wait for a sandwich at 11 is way to long when u only get a 30 min break. did i mention waiting for ur food an listening to the manager talk bad about the customers before u.. wont be returning to this location in the future people say fast wait times is misleading for sure..
