2 stars for very kind service and because the fountain soda wasn't flat. Zero starts for the food. Scrawny and flavorless portions. Probably the last time I'll ever eat in a Jimmy John's, as I assume this franchise is simply following corporate directions.

This jimmy johns I will be back anytime I want it!! The manager KEV was EXCEPTIONALLY warm and welcoming as well as many of the other staff!! They also have a groovy playlist to make someone want to enjoy their food inside! This is right in the middle of corporate execs and daddy’s money kind of neighbors that’s not always pleasant to even walk by but they made up for the snooty area that this location is in. THANK YOU🥳😍💛

I placed this order online and never got it. When I called the store, I was first told I didn't place an order and they hung up on me. When I called back they said I ordered through a 3rd party, which I didn't and that they probably couldn't find my address, though my coworker and I often order our lunch from here and you can see that in my past orders. I was not offered a refund or replacement. The store does not answer when I call back. They are thieves and I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company since they stole from me.

One of the major selling points of this franchise is that it is supposed to be quick. I waited over 20 minutes and didn't get my sandwich, and had to leave without it.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I just got a sandwich and the person making it didn’t change gloves between using the register and making the sandwich. Definitely not ideal.

I have never written a review anywhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sandwich shop. The staff at this Jimmy John’s location was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them just by placing an order. No greeting, no eye contact — just pure attitude.
The sandwich? Sloppy and rushed, like they couldn’t care less. And don’t even get me started on the customer service — when I politely asked about a missing item, the employee rolled their eyes and gave me major attitude instead of just fixing the issue.
Fast service doesn’t mean you get to be fast with your disrespect. I’ll take my appetite (and my money) somewhere that values customers. Jimmy John’s, do better.

2 hours after my order was due, i call and they told me they cancelled the order. No email, no phone call.
This location does not seem to understand the the Jimmy John’s idea of “fast”. Multiple times I’m in there and it’s a 20 minute wait for a sandwich; one time the gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to warn me about the wait, which helped me decide not to place my order. Walked in there today and there’s no urgency at all like everyone is walking through molasses. Good luck running a business like this guys!

There is this younger guy, probably in like high school that works there with black hair at night. I feel like he always knows how to make my sandwich. Not to mention, he is literally so kind and respectful! I appreciate workers like that!

General Manager Kevin is awesome! I typically order delivery from this location and each time uber or grubhub mess up the delivery and don't contact me. When I called the store regarding my last order, the General Manager remade my order and hand delivered it to. He was polite when he told me that I transposed my work's suite number which is why it probably didn't get delivered originally. He was so nice and I love this level of customer service!
