This location does not seem to understand the the Jimmy John’s idea of “fast”. Multiple times I’m in there and it’s a 20 minute wait for a sandwich; one time the gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to warn me about the wait, which helped me decide not to place my order. Walked in there today and there’s no urgency at all like everyone is walking through molasses. Good luck running a business like this guys!

There is this younger guy, probably in like high school that works there with black hair at night. I feel like he always knows how to make my sandwich. Not to mention, he is literally so kind and respectful! I appreciate workers like that!

General Manager Kevin is awesome! I typically order delivery from this location and each time uber or grubhub mess up the delivery and don't contact me. When I called the store regarding my last order, the General Manager remade my order and hand delivered it to. He was polite when he told me that I transposed my work's suite number which is why it probably didn't get delivered originally. He was so nice and I love this level of customer service!

Service is slow sometimes but overall not bad. As for the food I honestly don’t know how they turn out this bad they go ham on the vinegar or whatever it is honestly please go easy sour town sandwich was inedible.

I am done ordering from here, which I used to do quite frequently with fast delivery (typically under an hour). Unfortunately with Jimmy Johns often using Uber Eats for delivery it’s become a nightmare. Orders are ridiculously late (1.5-2 hours), sometimes don’t even arrive, and often contain incorrect items (e.g., wrong sides). It seems the folks at the store can’t even tell what’s going on with the orders when you call. When store employees were delivering there were never any issues. Also, I’m still waiting for refund to be processed from an order that never arrived today.

LOL! Walked in and they couldn’t get their own POS system/rewards program to work, gave attitude, took forever finding a manager and despite me having cash out and in my hands the whole time signaling I’m obviously paying with it, went through the whole rigamarole of trying to complete the sale even though they don’t take cash.

HOLY cow, infuriating. I hope this location closes and everyone involved rethinks their life decisions and ways of moving through the world.

Worst Cubano ever. Like a mortadella bacon sandwich with pickles.
First time customer placed the order. Knowing cubanos are grilled /toasted didn’t even think to ask until I noticed on the board “ask for it toasted”
Asked to have it toasted and the person said too late I’ve already put condiments on it. That should have been their first question after placing the order.

I’m finally done with this store. They screwed up my order and delivered to the wrong location. When I called to inquire where it was, they assured me they would get a new order out. Then the rude manager actually called me back minutes later to give me a hard time. Basically telling me it was delivered to an old work address of mine from 2 years ago and implying it was my fault. Even though I had an order delivered last week with no issue. This guy was so obnoxious, I finally told him to forget the entire order and just refund the money. He only called me back to shift blame and point fingers. The subs are good, but not worth the errors and frustration. No lunch today.

Today my coworker and I ordered 2 sandwiches and when it was delivered they smelled so bad of cigarettes. We called to have the sandwiches re-delivered and was told it would be a new driver…same person and the new ones smelled of cigarettes as well. Will not be ordering delivery again.

Update 12/13
Owner reached out right away and replaced and made the order right. Definitely a much better experience this time around.
