Ordered delivery and the order was completely wrong called store and was rudely told that it is a 3rd party issue when in fact the bag was packed and stapled with a receipt that hardly resembled contents. Im of the opinion that it is an in house problem not a 3rd party problem and I know it will have little or no impact but I will never do business with you again. This Jimmy John’s in particular always has a great vibe. Christian, Griffin, and Lil C are always making sure my order is perfect and made the exact way I want it. This wouldn’t be possible without the great manager they have PJ, who I can see makes the employees feel valued and enjoy working here, and that reflects on to the customers, which is why I come here as often as I do. The tables are always clean, and counters are always fully stocked with chips and cookies. Cheena is always a welcoming employee as well! Best Jimmy John’s in WA 🔥

The two younger guys working there couldn’t answer basic questions about the new sandwiches. They seemed to not care and had bad attitudes. Very unprofessional. The place was very dirty. The quality of the food looked bad and tasted horrible. He just threw things on my sandwich. When I worked at this location in high school they actually took care of the place but when I go now it’s a mess and I’m not going back. They need better people working.
I ordered delivery for an original Turkey Tom with chips. It’s been almost an hour since that order was placed and I still don’t have it. I tipped, too. Crazier part is that this is a ‘make up’ sandwich for the one that was screwed up last time. The place is literally around the corner from my work. I could walk to get it. Unbelievable. Last time I order from here.

Took almost 20 minutes to get a JJ gargantuan when I was there with no line. On a Wednesday around noon.. I don't expect them to be around much longer at this rate. Unfortunate.
Also the sandwich was mid at best.

I really want this place to work for me but end up regreting every single time I come to this place. I know it's just a sandwich place but this time, I am very dissapointed. This guy must have not been happy to make my sandwich, he was on the phone and literally just wet his hands and wore the gloves, but he touched the gloves with his dirty wet hands. Then he literally slathered pool of mayo, which was all over the sandwich paper that was wrapped in, and the meat was scrap meat only on one side. I will never ever go to this place again.
