If you are going to order an unwich, you should probably watch the preparation of your order or check it before you leave to ensure that your sandwich is made with fresh lettuce and not wilted lettuce. I wish I had checked before I left because mine was wilted.

Bread was super stale. Employee didn’t learn how to wrap sandwich, everything was a mess. I took one bite and could barely chew the bread that’s how stale it was. I threw out entire sandwich and walked out to another restaurant. This place is a hit or miss depending on the employees that work there.

I should have been a bit more cognizant of the existing reviews.. guy at the front was nice, but the sandwich (#17) was about half the size of what it normally is. Not sure what happened here... but found one piece of ham, a pinch of lettuce, stale bread, and a gallon of mayo for $11. Feeling awesome. Hah. All jokes aside, you should probably just try heading to another location.

What happened to "Freaky fast"? The last 2 times i've ordered it took forever to get my sandwich. 1 hour the first time and over an hour the second time. Kind of a bummer when my lunch is over before the food arrives. It use to take no more than 15-20 minutes. At least the second the the sandwich was right, the first one was like it was someone else's order.

Walked 20 mins to pick up my sandwich, got back and it's just bread and cheese. No mayo, avocado spread, nothing. The lazy guy that made it made me get my own bag and napkins after I asked. There was nobody in the store and several employees standing around. No reason to screw up that order so poorly.

Never had such a negative experience at a jimmy johns before! We walked in and this kid behind the counter was yelling something at us. What he was saying was essentially that they didn't have any bread. He was rude about it too, for no apparent reason. They did have bread but it was the regular sandwich kind and they only had wheat and something else. So, ok, I preferred wheat anyway. Then he told us it was a 20-25 min. wait. What? At Jimmy John's? That was the end of it and we left.I am used to the sandwich makers at Jimmy John's being friendly and courteous, and of course very fast. Who is managing this franchise? Who ever heard of Jimmy John's being out of bread? And why was the wait so long? Their motto is "freaky fast" for heck's sake.

I like jimmy johns, however we had to leave while still eating our sandwiches at this location. The music was very loud and contained a ton of uncensored lyrics and racial slurs. I’ll still eat at jimmy johns, just not at this location.

Overall does a nice job with the Jimmy John's experience. The manager woman has an issue modulating the volume of her voice relative to the small size and loud acoustics. I'm sure she's a great person and excellent employee, but the yelling volume makes it uncomfortable for dine in.

Had a great experience coming in to order my family dinner today. I had a large order, and Daniella who was taking care of us made sure everything was precise & was so hospitable and kind. She was very efficient & everyone left happy. Been to other locations, but this one by far exceeded my expectations. Store was very clean & food was great quality. I will be back!
