I ordered online for delivery, got given an uber driver who wasn’t in the correct vehicle and you guys didn’t give him my Large Dr. Pepper. How am I supposed to enjoy my dinner without any drink? Was trying to figure out why there was a customer behind the counter, trying to make their own sandwich and why they were opening up the oven door. It's obvious that the person didn't work there. Cuz, they didn't have any Jimmy John's clothes on. The worker didn't seem like they were trying to stop them. Might have to go somewhere else now. To get food seems unsanitary and gross, because of this. Food is still good, but this detracts me wanting to go there.

The store looked dirty and there was food all over the floor behind the counter.
I will never go back to the Bellevue location!

Second time in the row, I’m ordering number nine to go and they give me a wrong sandwich. Unfortunately, your customer service with the recent half a year went down big time.
Used to get Jimmy John's a lot back home and this was my first attempt to get it since moving to Washington. Ordered on doordash. They confirmed the order and then close to 10min later they canceled it bc they didn't have a driver? I find it weird that they use their own drivers for doordash orders instead of letting the app find a dasher if they aren't able or willing to deliver it. Thankfully jersey mikes came thru as always (:

After waiting an hour and ten minutes and after picking up the eighth call (twenty minutes of calling) they said they ran out bread and itd be another 20 to 30 minutes so I just canceled the order.
Please check that you are ordering from a location not this one because you probably won't get your food.
