This is easily the worst JJ sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The staff is semiprofessional and in complete ignorance of customers. I ordered online many times, and 30 minutes or so later when I arrive at the store the order is still not ready despite little or no customers around. I usually have to wait another 5-10 minutes in the store while the two staff are doing something else. I will stop coming to this location.

Although there was only one worker and there was a few orders ahead, this worker took his time and assisted me. I know it’s not easy to work by yourself so I truly appreciate his efficiency.

Service is quick and food and veggies in the sandwiches are fresh. Decent value for the money as well. What's not to like. Love the deals in the app!

I’m really worried of the cross contamination in this sucursal. I went on Sunday night for two sandwiches and the person making our food was constantly changing gloves, touching the toppings boxes without gloves and when finally put the gloves on this person touched his head with them on, it doesn’t look clean at all. I didn’t want to see more and I needed to throw away the food.

I don't really know the name of the food server but the sandwich he had made me was so good I plan to come in again and will be telling my friends all about the service I had received from that guy..if you do end up reading this thank you again for that awesome sandwich you made me...

The rudest staff I have witnessed anywhere, ever, in my 53 years of living. Witnessed the jerk in the photo screaming at other staff and yelling at a customer asking if he could read English. My turkey sandwich had a comical tiny sliver of turkey on it and God only knows why took over ten minutes to make. Awful.

Inept. Didn’t follow instructions, didn’t give us the water I paid for, and wouldn’t refund the money. Said we should turn around on the freeway and come back. taste was overpowered by the herbs they sprinkle on it. Not a great experience.

Jimmy John’s went from freaky fast to freaky slow.

Placed an online order that was delivered, but made incorrectly. Called store and they said they would remake and deliver new sandwich - they did not follow through. Corporate office doesn't care because each store is independently owned and operated. Nice way to run a business - NOT. After dealing with several botched orders over a period of a few months - I will no longer be giving Jimmy John's any of my money.

Not as fast as they used to be. Sadly only two people working at the time.

Two times on my last pick up orders I was told that I have to bag my own order. Basically they just make sandwiches than you have to assemble your own order. Didn't know putting items in a bag wasn't apart of the service any longer and was a difficult thing to do.

Went to get the toasted options, Turns out the had the oven to toast our sandwich off, the guy making the food was unaware and we basically waited until he asked for his Manager after 20 minutes of waiting or so. They just gave it to us cold, I didn’t wanna wait any longer and it didn’t seem like the manager wanted to turn it on. He wasn’t so kind to his worker, I can see the pattern in bad reviews Go to another location. Avoid this one

Congratulations, Jimmy John’s, you’ve officially lost a customer. For the third (yes, third) time, you’ve completely butchered my order. I asked for oil and vinegar. No cheese. You drowned my sandwich in mayo. Again. The bread was soaked, the sandwich was a disgusting mess. I tried to scoop out the mayo, no luck. The whole thing went straight in the trash.

It’s honestly impressive how consistently you get it wrong. Are you just flipping a coin back there and hoping it lands on the right condiment? I’m done. There are too many sandwich places that actually listen to orders to keep wasting time and money here.
