Our go-to spot for ramen in Bellevue is this place.
I usually order their black ramen, which is pretty good. I’ve also tried their Vegan Harvest ramen, and it’s equally delicious. They also have monthly specials, so if you’re looking to try something new, you should check those out.
If you’re okay with eggs, you can switch out the thick noodles in the vegan ramen for thin ones.

Very disappointing and concerning experience.
We ordered vegan ramen and found a bug in the food while eating. This is a basic food safety issue and completely unacceptable at a restaurant. We will be reporting this.

We come here mainly for the excellent value kids' meal. Good portions and standard service. However, I don't like how they charge a mandatory 15% tip on parties 5 and larger. We have three kids and I don't feel like the service was anything above what a party of four would receive.

Good vegetarian options
Jinya is my favorite ramen restaurant in the area. Flavorful and rich broth, toothsome ramen, none of that soggy clumpy stuff here. Meat and toppings are always perfectly cooked.
They have added new menu items. If you haven't been in lately, it's worth a visit.
This place is usually pretty hectic. Staff is usually swamped but they try very hard to provide great service.

Wanted ramen on Sunday night, found this place. Beer feels like mixed with water, ramen was really bad. Two pieces of chicken was cold and not tasty at all. Would not recommend even to try once

The service was fairly fast, and not much of a wait time on a friday night. We ordered the spicy chicken ramen, and the Jinya chicken ramen.
If you’re someone like me who prefer hot and spicy, you can’t go wrong with the spicy chicken ramen.

The ramen is undoubtedly good, but the prices have sneaked up to the point where lunch is over $20, which for a bowl of noodles in broth, means this is a less frequent visit than in the past. Good for a treat, but too much for every day lunch dining.

Bellevue location closes 30 mins before closing time, which suck because I have to drive an hour and 30 mins to even eat here. They have never done that before so I blame the staff working. Ana their health rating is just okay the lowest you can have to serve food
Ramen was good. The taste is good. Ordered spicy vegetarian and spicy chicken ramen.
The broth consistency is great !!!

Good ramen and great service. They also have a variety of other menu options. I had the Tonkatsu red and at 6 it was just right. Spicy, but I could still taste it. Ramen hits different for me. It fills me up if that's all I order and an hour or so later I'm looking for a snack. To prevent that, I also got an order of Takoyaki, which was as tasty as it was beautiful, so I think I'm good now as far as being hungry later is concerned. This is one of the better Ramen places I've been to.

Just ate the yummiest lunch here. I enjoyed the impossible rice bowl. Then we got two ramens, edamame and a kids lunch. Everything was absolutely delicious. The sauces on the table were also fantastic!!! Prices were decent too.
