Our first dinner in Seattle was at Joey Bellevue, and it was outstanding.
We started with the mini French dips, which came with a port red wine au jus reduction easily among the best I’ve ever had. For dinner, I had the steak and ravioli blanco, paired with their signature crispy mashed potatoes. The steak was tender and flavorful, the ravioli was rich and buttery, the shrimp was perfectly fresh, and the crispy mashed potatoes were truly memorable.
Our server, Lanesha, went above and beyond to make the night special. She surprised us with a crème brûlée cheesecake with strawberries as a welcome-to-vacation treat, such a thoughtful touch!
The food, service, and atmosphere all combined to create a wonderful first-night-in-Seattle experience. Highly recommend Joey Bellevue for both locals and visitors.
