For some reason this Kizuki tastes better than the others nearby. East side location so it is easier to get to if you live outside of Seattle. If you are in Seattle, go to Ooink, Danbo or Kayaya instead.

A good, consistent ramen place. Not my favorite chashu but the broth is good.

We ordered low sodium garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen. It tasted really good. I like d the soft egg and the pork. The broth was salty to me even though low sodium. Maybe it's just me as i don't take a lot of salt in my food.
The sunshine lemonade with pop bobba was delicious and looked appealing.
The place looked nice and clean.

Nothing beats the Garlic tonkotsu ramen, i tried this restaurant about 8 years ago and usually stop by every week or every other week. Jenny always takes good care of me and my friends and we have stopped by so ofter they remember our order.

They keep forgetting the salad dressing for the karage salad.
Super dry salad without the dressing.
I wondered why we never came here, I forgot bc this has happened before.
Purchased 10/11/2025. Picked-up for takeout
Edit: i just want to show this pity party I created bc I had no salad dressing. Dumped the leaves into the leftover broth of spicy ramen. Thanks.

Great Ramen, tastes like it does in Japan. I normally go into restaurants late midday and sit to work on work stuff for an hour or two with whatever I order, but here I felt a little rushed just by the atmosphere. But the food was worth it.

TL;DR: Bad service. Terrible experience for vegetarians. Probably fine for non-vegetarians.
Vegetarian or vegan folks are clearly not welcome here. Our table included both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners, and the waitress barely engaged with us, she dropped the dishes at the edge of the table and walked away. When we politely asked which dish was pork, chicken, or vegetarian, she sighed, rolled her eyes, and called another waiter. We had to ask four times before anyone clarified what was what.
For context, we ordered both veg and pork gyozas, mock-meat buns, and different ramen broths, all of which looked identical. It’s basic service etiquette to tell diners what’s being served.
The vegetarian ramen was honestly the worst I’ve had, it arrived without broth, just noodles. When we asked for broth (before even starting to eat), they had to make it from scratch, which clearly meant they didn’t have any prepared in the first place. My non-vegetarian friends did enjoy their ramen, so credit where it’s due, but the vegetarian ramen was so bland I couldn’t even finish a quarter of it.
I get that vegetarian ramen isn’t exactly the star of the show, no one walks into a ramen bar expecting tofu enlightenment. But even if vegetarians can’t afford to be picky, a little respect and basic service would’ve gone a long way.

I heard one waitress whispering to another waitress that she spit in my drink. They laughed and said something about me being Maga which Im not, my son was given a red hat at the shelter we stayed at. Eating out is something we can only afford once a year. We won't be returning.. Then I see this same waitress on social media saying some people aren't welcome at the restaurant. Avoid this place.
