Got to stop by today. Food was delicious as last time. The waiter joked around with us and was very quick to help us with silverware. Tell all my family to come here and try the miso!!

I'm tired of always having to trek to Cap Hill for decent ramen, so I started looking at options on the Eastside. I feel like Kizuki is fairly well-regarded, but unfortunately, I'd say my experience was mediocre (maybe even slightly below). The pricing is average, but I wasn't particularly impressed with their noodles or toppings on the whole. Probably won't be back, especially considering there's usually a wait. Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen (3/5): This was the most okay ramen I've had in a long time. The broth is super heavy and was probably the best part. Chashu was dry and kinda flavorless. Noodles were better than in the Yuzu Shio, but nothing to write home about.. Yuzu Shio Ramen (3/5): I actually really loved the the broth - it's super light, a little sour, and nothing like any ramen broth I've ever had. Unfortunately, everything else was a let down. The gai lan is an odd choice for a ramen topping and it's bitter flavor really affects the delicate broth the more you eat. They also for some reason use a thinner ramen noodle that were cooked a bit too long and just didn't have any bite to them. Pork Chashu Don (1.75/5): Oh man the pork was soooo dry. It was really quite sad. There wasn't even that much like sauce / fat in the rice, which is typically my favorite part of this. Do not ever get this.

Enjoyed the food when i finally got it, but disappointed in the leadership of this place. Watched as the poor waitress did all of the cleaning while the manager talked their head off. Lady next to me wanted to get food to go and apparently the manager didnt even put her order in before leaving. A new waitress had to do it. The waitresses were apologetic for the dirty tables and wait time and so hoping this is a one time thing as I would like to come back and try more of the menu when its cleaner and better staffed.

Ramen restaurents in Seattle exploded in the 2000's with the influx of brands promising ramen as authentically Japanese as possible. Kizuki is one of them, and they deliver. The menu features different varities of broth, from pork to chicken and even vegeterian. There are also rice bowls, salads, and side dishes like gyoza and chicken kaarage.Expect to wait if you go during peak meal times. However once seated service is friendly, efficient, and fast. Most of all the ramen is hot & delicious, and quality is consistient. Kizuki is never a bad choice for a satifying bowl of noodles.

We enjoy dining here, particularly my teen daughter who always loves to order the Karaage salad. There was no wait on Tuesday night so we were seated right away. Tonight I tried the Japanese curry with karaage and rice. Both were very good and it is very filling. My husband had the chicken shio ramen. Any ramen can be ordered regular or low sodium. There were 2 waitresses tonight. Both served us but we did have to get their attention a couple times for requests. We enjoy their karaage very much because it is crispy, well seasoned and each piece is quite large. Parking spaces can be tight but are plentiful if you are willing to walk.

Every time we visit Bellevue, our family enjoys visiting this restaurant. The service is very friendly and quick. The ramen is consistently delicious, add-ons are generous and comes piping hot. Their appies and side dishes just as good. The manager is extremely accommodating to any dietary restrictions or questions you may have about the menu. The space is always clean and is very kid friendly. They can get quite busy as this location is quite popular. Will return!Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly dishes and atmosphere great for families.

This type of food doesn't travel well. If you can, dine in. It's way more tasty that way.

Got there at 8pm and there was no wait!! The pork was perfectly cooked as well as the soft boiled egg. Takoyaki had a great crunchy outside and soft inside and seasoned with a good amount of sauce/bonito flakes. Was surprised the spicy ramen was actually super spicy even tho we ordered mild. Lots of tables and bar seating available.
