Couldn't locate this location. Gal working at one of the food court station said it's been closed.

I stopped trying to get bubble tea here. I made 4-5 trips where the business was closed for the day. There was just a paper sign on the counter that said it was closed. On one trip, I was surprised to see it open, but the line was too long. Apparently, there was a special on their app. There was only one person working - taking orders and making teas. He said that it would take 10-15 min to take my order. There are so many other good tea places nearby with good and friendly service, and also reliable hours - Happy Lemon, Sharetea, Yifung. It's frustrating to make a trip somewhere to find it is closed. There is not much in this half empty food court within a condo building.

F**** it was so good! I'm not the Starbucks girl. I am the Boba b*tch. So after a long week of working in downtown Bellevue, I needed Boba. Lucky me, there was a cafe below the apartment complex with three separate restaurants in one space. I ordered their Mango Green Tea and their Cocoa Cream Wow, and it was the best decision I've ever made. My mango green tea with nata jelly was very bitter, but I let it sit in the refrigerator overnight, and it was perfectly balanced after infusing longer. The Cocoa Cream Wow was like a crown jewel, it was velvety, sweet, and the tapioca pearls were the perfect texture. The tapioca pearls had two good chews in them and then melted in your mouth. The pearls then would mix well into the creamy drink. There are also oreo crumbles in it that add an extra depth to the texture and flavor. Recommend the Milk Strike style drinks 100%

This location never picks up their phone. For online orders, they will cancel unavailable drinks without attempting to replace or contact you regarding the issue, so you may end up with half your order.

Ordered a drink on the app and found out the place was closed when I arrived. Super disorganized.

Very poor customer service. They just look they don’t want to work there and always make mistakes on my drinks

Placed order within KF Tea app at 7:20pm for pickup, showed up at 7:40pm to collect--nobody is around and of course NO TEA even though I had ALREADY PAID through the app and they are supposed to close at 8. Never answers their phone either--it goes to a voicemail box that is always full. I have always enjoyed KF tea back on the east coast but what the hell is going on in this location?

I have been to other kung fu tea places before. This is by far the bad boba tea I had so far in all of the kung fu tea locations

Came here because of the T-Mobile Tuesday deal $3 off. But like others have said, it was closed on Sunday even though it says it’s open on Google map. We tried again on Monday and it was open. But the drink was just ok, definitely overpriced. If not because of the deal I probably wouldn’t get it.

Highly disappointed with the service. Place was very hard to find as it was located somewhere inside around a corner. Moreover, the barista was super rude. Our order was apparently sold out yet the app accepted the order and this man was rude when I asked if I can replace it. He literally yelled at me when I asked him to make it without ice. I had to wait 15 mins for this order. The actual tea was okay I would say. It tasted good. Not great , but good.

Closed when business says open. Nice.

We drove 20 minutes to get here and this place is INCREDIBLY hard to find. Once we finally found it after 20 minutes of walking around, it's closed even though the hours say it's open. Don't go here unless you wanna waste your time.

They stop making tapioca at 6pm. They will consistently run out by 7pm when they state they are open until 8pm. The service is very lackluster and the tea is only adequate. They will also not tell you they are out of something until you ask for several flavors and are repeatedly denied. I was denied 3 separate tea flavors/types until I asked what they had left. He pointed to a single section of the menu. It was very frustrating that he just didn't communicate that they only had a few flavors left before I tried to order, or even after one or two attempts at ordering a replacement. They need to pay their employees more since the only pleasure they get seems to be not serving customers and seeing how long it takes them to drive away.

Got there at 7:30 and waited for 10 minutes and there was no one around to take order.
