One particular server managing the front was completely unprofessional. I checked-in in person after putting myself on the waiting list on the app the waiter said I'd get the next available bar seat (which is first come first serve doesn't require a reservation if seating is available) and then waited. This other girl who was a walk-in came in about 20 minutes after me. We all were waiting about 10 minutes then she walked up and asked the waiter if she could sit at the bar when the patrons sitting there just left and the waiter said "sure" and seated her. I asked the waiter about it and just got an attitude about how I didn't receive a text saying it was my turn. I mentioned that she just asked him and it was bar seating which didn't require a text if there's availability as I'd been told before and how he seated her immediately even though she came after me. He said that didn't happen even though I was standing 5 feet away while he had the conversation with her. I told him I was actually right there when it happened and he changed his story suddenly to say "o well she checked in and was on the list before you." I knew he was lying so I asked "what's her name then?" She was a walk-in and I knew her name wasn't on the list so he wouldn't know and they usually come out and announce our names to get us for seating so I thought it was fine if he told me since it's also just a first name basis. He rudely said "just wait outside" where I waited another 30 minutes. I'd be okay with it if it was an honest mistake and the waiter admitted it but the waiter was unprofessional about it on top of me having to wait over an hour for a seat after watching everyone come after me be seated. I had to talk to another waiter to finally get seated after showing them I reserved on the app over an hour ago. For this they get 1 star.

Went here for the first time for my birthday for dinner. There was a 70 minute wait to get in and when they called us for our table it wasn't ready. Was a little tight for wheelchair users. I honestly don't get why this place is so popular/a hotspot. The portions were small compared to the price. 3 pieces of sushi for 3.75 but the sushi was small and bland. Mass Manufactured sushi lacks the class taste and artistry of handmade sushi rolls. I guess I've been too many sushi places to appreciate this place? The wait staff was perfect, smiling and helpful. But overall I did not have the best time. The food just was not what I expected and will not be back.

Everything was great until we ordered the Sashimi. My wife was stabbed in the mouth by a huge sharp bone from the Salmon Sashimi. I was taken back, we stopped eating and left. I can’t recommend eating somewhere that doesn’t check their salmon for bones.

There's always a long wait on weekends. Make sure you download their app to join the waitlist ahead of time. But it's worth the wait! Everything is fresh and tasty. I love the huge variety of options. It's also a great place for people not to sure about sushi to try new things or order something else off the hot dish menu.Parking: Make sure you pull onto the bottom floor of the garage it's much harder to access from the upper levels.
Good sushi, good price. I wouldn't say it's some type of fancy sushi but it is quite good for belt sushi. Hard part is the waiting. With the recent wait-list system, it can get really lengthy. If you are not in a hurry, great. Otherwise, I would try to go in the mornings, early afternoons or late evenings. Going between 5-8 might have like a 2 hour wait.

For a fast and efficient taste of Japan, this is good enough. But it cannot compared to the traditional sushi restaurant or noodles place. The noodles I ordered always blank and not authentic. Sushi usually are lower grade. The good thing is that it's cheap and efficient.
