Kuro Sushi is in a strip mall next to a CVS in the Eastgate area of Bellevue. A simple location means the diners get a bigger bang for their buck. Had my eye on this place since my go to sushi place closed. I ordered chef choice blue fin nigiri, wife had salmon poki, son had tuna poki. Presentation was amazing, portions did not disappoint, and the quality of fish and ingredients were delicious. I don’t

Pretty mid experience. The presentation was very nice and the restaurant also has clean and classy presentation but we were not impressed by the food. Some of the fish selection in the chirashi tasted not so fresh which was pretty disappointing considering it was $45. Same with the sashimi salad , overly salted and some fish were a bit too fishy for freshness. The best thing was the tempura appetizer. That being said, we would not be excited to come back here.
