First, I'd like to say that I've always enjoyed Lady M's cakes in the past.I placed an order a few days ago to pick-up a cake today. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that the place is closed. This was quite a surprise, as my online order confirmation and the online pick-up reminder email didn't mention any closure for today. It is very frustrating and disappointing since it is impossible to find a decent birthday cake in such a short notice.

My wife brought home 3 of these ridiculously expensive and pretentious cake home, after 2 days in the fridge, one of the cake is already spoiled and sour. I am 41 years old, and I’ve NEVER had any cake from any establishment go bad even after like a week.for how much they want to charge you for a cake that’s pretty much indistinguishable from a frozen one from Trader Joe’s if you are blind folded, it absolutely disgusting for them to keep things so long and not fresh to the point where it goes bad in 2 days. Did they keep that cake in their fridge for like a week?!I hate to be wasteful, but when I pay 11 dollars for a tiny slice of cake, it better be made the day I bought it, not some left over junk.

The hazelnut and black sesame crepes were delicious but pricey. They don't add any syrup or sweetener to the ice latte, just espresso and whole milk.

The desserts and drinks are NOT as good as they look, the atmosphere is OK. We ordered a piece from two different cakes - both were super sweet with thick buttery tasting cream with soggy spongy stuff. The double espresso was the size of a single ristretto (and pretty bitter). The server did not bring utensils or napkins despite being asked until I went to the front counter to ask for them again.

Very bad customer service, all staff are rude, arrogant and uneducated. Terrible place to hang out. Save your money, find some quality places to enjoy.

Restaurant and staff were great, cakes not so much. Tried a matcha cake and it smelled incredibly fishy for some reason. Super disappointing.

I visited Lady M in New York bunch of times in the past and actually was not impressed. But I was surprised to see they opened one inside Bellevue Square. This is definitely a high end crepes cake more catered to Asian less sweet and light creams. The price is $12.5 for a small slice. Since I have not had it for so long, I bought two slices red bean and chestnuts and they are fine and I actually could not tell the huge difference of these two because of the nature of these cakes mostly filled with light creams. On a very bright note, I bought a packet of their lunar year dragon red envelopes (5 in a packet for $10) from their counter. It is spectacular beautiful design. I love the auspicious colorful dragon with the tail on the other side that created a 3D feel.Parking: At bellevue square mall

I had a fantastic time at Lady M. The ambiance added to the experience. The crepes were absolutely delicious, and I'm definitely planning on returning to try other flavors. Highly recommended for a delightful treat!

We came on the day when this location was short staff but the location was still clean and moving people in and out fairly quickly. It got loud and busy shortly after we came in.We ordered drinks (tea and coffee) because we had just had lunch a couple of hours beforehand. The staff seemed confused because I think the main appeal of this boutique is the cake. Either way, they were super nice! It was good to sit down for a few minutes and drink our drinks before continuing shopping!

Stopped in for an after dinner dessert. The atmosphere compliments their neighboring Apple store. Crisp, elegant, and surprisingly comfortable. Amazing crepe cakes, just the right amount of sweet. We ordered the Marron Mille crepes, the egg flavor was not overtaken, and the chestnut had a sweetness that stood out from the cake. The coffee is very good! Perfect way to get your mood elevated. Friendly service, very attentive yet not intrusive. Worthwhile experience!Parking: Bellevue Square mall
