It's a bit difficult to not get awed by the ambience in here given Lady Yum is mostly known for their macaroons.Whether you like the macaroons or not largely depends on which flavour you select. It can be a game of chance if you don't know what you want. I took a coffee flavour and I can promise you it was so so good. My friends took some other flavour and they found it to be over-sweet.But one thing they are consistent on is that even we came here late in the evening,.the dough of macaroons felt very fresh.

The macaroons are good. But the whole tipping situation threw me off a bit. Expecting a tip of 15% for just bagging the macaroons and tapping a few buttons seems a bit much for a quick interaction. If you’re happen to be visiting Bellevue square mall, I highly recommend making a pit stop here for a macaron and glass of champagne for only $5. Or better yet get one on your way in and one on your way out. It’s a great bargain and a fun activity to do with friends. I haven’t tried a macaron I have like here.The store setup is also so cute and fun. If you are a lover of macarons or wanting to try them for the first time then this is the place to go! Very light and airy with the perfect balance of flavors and not too sweet. Made perfectly with lots of great and unique flavors. Toasted coconut and gooey butter cake were our favorites!
We got the special and had one of the best macarons ever with amazing bubbly. The shop is pretty cute and their customer service is excellent!

The vibe of this place is a hit and miss. Today Sunday 11/12th I came in the afternoon, a rude zero customer service short asian girl with an eyeglasses just ruined the vibe of this cute little place. Seems like she dont want to be there and so sick of serving macarons all her shift. No smile nor hello at all. Sad.
