This is hands down my favorite hot pot in the Seattle area. The meat is always fresh and the staff is super attentive.

Ordered lunch hot pot. Soup base was not spicy enough. Taste was good but it lacks a wow factor. Lamb was fantastic, some of the vegetables were great too. Beef was subpar. They have a small selection of appetizers, great for after your meal.

Been coming here for a while but haven’t gotten to leaving a review until now.

Great food, great quality, and reasonable pricing and portions for a hot pot place. I would recommend the tomato marrow broth.

One thing to note- the last time I was here, I ordered the coconut bouncing cat dessert and would not recommend it. It was incredibly bland and tasted like nothing.

Another thing- the service can be pretty bad at times, especially when there’s a rush. It’s hard to call a waiter over and it takes a while to place your order( 30-40 min before they actually come over at worst but around 25 min generally). During a rush, the waiter that takes your order tends to leave and never come back, so getting your food or check is a hassle and takes a long time. I’ve noticed the service becoming more and more of an issue lately.

It’s nice that they give out some free meat on special occasions like Mother’s Day.

Anyways, I might come back once in a while for the food but the service kind of deters me.

We absolutely love this place for its food and atmosphere. It's our favorite hot pot place by far. That said, the service is a bit inconsistent. At times it's hard to get the attention of a crew member to order drinks or the check or additional food. Works best when you have time to hang out and wait a bit.

Amazing food and a great ambience.

Enjoyable, you get to order up to 3 rounds. However, there would be no difference in the amount you’re given if you marked 8 opposed to 4. Time limit is 1.5 hours. Sometimes you might have to remind them that you ordered something since they didn’t bring it. Food was good, including desserts. “Free” ice cream in the front if you ordered hotpot.

Great food for the price. Brother is rich and fragrant. Mother's day came with this beautiful wagyu bouquet. The place to be! Just be warned about long wait times and to join the waitlist online first.

I have dined at this restaurant chain from Canada to the US, only at 1 branch in Canada. The vegetables are lined up on the shelves, just pick them up, take whatever you like and they will refill it - meat dishes to order. In a matter of moments, you will be served. At other branches, the food is not diverse, there are few vegetables, it takes a long time to order, and the waiters do not smile. Hopefully the system needs to change the above things.

This is our top choice for hot pot in Seattle! The ingredients, service, and ambiance are all fantastic. It gets quite busy during peak hours, so making a reservation in advance saves a lot of waiting time.
Today, I made a reservation about 10 minutes before arriving, and we got seated fairly quickly. Even then, the waiting area was packed. It was just me and my younger daughter dining today, and we were given a large round table meant for 6-8 people without being asked to share. I asked to move to a smaller booth, but was told I’d need to rejoin the queue. It would be great if the restaurant could be a bit more flexible with table assignments!
This was also our first time trying the all-you-can-eat option with one adult and one child, and it was perfect! Portion sizes were just right to let us taste a variety of foods without waste. Overall, a very satisfying experience – we’ll definitely be back!

Parking: Parking available in front and back of the restaurant

Kid-friendliness: High chairs available; tomato, bone, or mushroom broth options suitable for kids!

Weekends are very busy and you need to join the waiting list. The manager Jacky was very friendly and professional and made our dinner a pleasure.

DONT RECOMMEND!! How is this place 4.4 stars?! I would rate it 0 if I could. I went there for the first time during lunch and it’s the worst service I ever experienced. I only had a party of 4. They didn’t tell us how to order, they didn’t offer to refill our waters and they barely went up to our table to help us. We kept having to call for servers to help us. Not once did they apologize. We put in an order for two fried chicken dishes. We waited too long (to the point where we were done with the rest of our food) and they said “we’ll put in another order for you guys”. They came out with the chicken half cooked. It was my friend’s first time having hot pot too. We were so excited to try this place. Now after that, never going back. Wayyy too overpriced, especially for the lack of customer service.

The all you can eat choice is really fun. You pick the broth and bunch of meats, noodles, and veggies. Then cook it yourself. Food is really tasty, great quality. A bit spendy but worth it for experience.
