We frequent here because the kids like it but unfortunately won’t be returning as there could be risk of contamination. Today, I saw an employee getting trained on how to clean tables and was told to save vegetables so they brought it back instead of trashing it. Sure, it’s just vegetables, but a serious health violation to re-serve any food.

3 stars on weekend experience: Could be much much more noisy ; service slower due to many guest, it got a bit more painful to wait since no mobile signals inside; The price was more expensive; meat quality is a bit worse than week days.
4.5 stars on week day experience(lunch) - minus 0.5 star for no mobile signals and the front desk rejected giving their wifi password.

This hotpot is very hot and it is a very nice pot. The meat is very meaty and the soup is very soupy. They are very nice and the staff is extremely friendly, the service is nice and I love their presentation. The price is very reasonable.

The broth, toppings, sauce, and meat selection was great and the quality of the meat was amazing. The spicy broth is balanced just right and leaves your mouth feeling numb and clean and the marrow broth is simple and delicious.
