Authentic hot pot with a lot of choices for all-you-can-eat including one bar for hot-pot food and one for sauces + cold appetizers. Shrimp, fish, meat, and a variety of staples like rice noodles, potato, seaweed knot. This restaurant is underrated and it is one of our favorites!

Absolutely loved my visit to Liuyishou Hotpot. The broths were super flavorful – we tried two different kinds in the split pot and both were rich without being too salty. All the meats came out fresh and nicely sliced, and there were tons of side options: veggies, tofu skin, fish cakes, noodles, mushrooms, etc. Everything looked clean and well prepared.
Service was great too. The staff kept checking on us, refilled the broth and drinks quickly, and patiently...
