I have been to this restaurant twice and the food has been delicious every time. I would highly recommend doing family style for the first time if you are unsure of what to order. The menu is quite extensive with a variety of dishes. The crispy chicken with special spicy sauce is a popular favorite for a reason. The chicken is juicy and the crust is fried to crispy perfection along with a spicy and sweet sauce. Another great dish, is the dry string beans with sautéed pork and dry shrimp the the texture is crunchy and savory. The service is also very fast and friendly and if you have questions about the menu the servers are more than happy to explain any of the dishes.

Parking: Dinner time definitely gets busy so it can be tricky finding parking.

They got some intriguing dishes! Flavors are on the milder side, but in a good way - kinda like home cooking. It's the perfect place when you're craving that cozy, homemade feel without actually having to cook.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again - Eden is the best server that’s ever existed in the entire world. He remembers our order every time, even though we have weird requests - “egg tofu with mixed vegetables, no sauce right?” “String beans with pork, but no oyster sauce and no shrimp, right?” The day he leaves this restaurant is the day this restaurant will go down several notches because that’s how stellar he is.

We ordered four dishes, and sadly, not a single one had any flavor. Maybe it’s some sort of health-focused approach, but it just tasted like something I could throw together at home without any seasoning or sauces. Really disappointing. I heard management was back to the original owner, but perhaps I was misinformed.

It’s surprising that this store has managed to stay open for so long and continues to attract customers.

Looking for Chai is our family's favorite restaurant and my mom visits on at least a weekly basis. We ordered the party platters for buffet-style food for our wedding, and it was absolutely delicious, with our guests coming back for second and third plates because it was so good. We're happy that we may have added a few more loyal customers to our favorite place after our wedding.

I thought it’s a Taiwanese owned Taiwanese cuisine, but was a little disappointed to find out that the establishment was not run by the Taiwanese. We had three spiced chicken, very disappointed. It’s nothing remotely close to any typical Three spiced chicken dish, let along it’s supposed to be a well known Taiwanese dish.
On the other hand, the crispy milk fish was good, except in the Togo container, It only had few lettuce at the bottom, then top with one milk fish, nothing else. Looks a little empty.
I don’t mind to go back and give it a try on other dishes.

Their beef noodle soup is the powerhouse of my cell. The pork and clam dishes are great too! My goal is to try everything on their menu
