After 1 year, they finally have steamed milk pudding again!!! I recommend getting some sort of topping with the milk tea, they're a bit plain without. Servers have always been helpful and upbeat. I also recommend trying a bubble waffle! The new banana milk one was pretty good.

Ordered 2 combo with lemon ice tea-HK style,with original Bubba waffle ! And a Mangon Pomelo for pickup/togo !
Let’s review from service to products, lemon ice tea with half sugar - rate at 4.5 of 5 average nothing special. Mango Pomelo - I will give a 5 - that’s the only place in the area that the mango pomelo tastes no powder added / artificial flavors added !
Bubble waffles- 4.5 - little more crispy then will be perfect !
