I first utilized Manca’s catering for an event a few years back and I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of food that was served. More recently, Manca’s catering has been promoting weeknight meals during the Covid-19. I follow them on Instagram and happily decided to try it. I was not disappointed! We had dinner for two (3 technically because my 3yr old shared) and had Miso glazed salmon, broccoli salad, scalloped potatoes, and to my surprise peanut butter frosted...
Such a lovely hardworking family-owned business. I am so impressed by the gourmet ready-to-go meals. They make weekly meal-planning very easy and provide a great break from cooking. Perfect portions and incredibly delicious - the salmon is my favorite and I don't think I will ever be able to enjoy it prepared by anyone else again. Andrea was very flexible with our pick-up and delivery needs. Highly recommend!
