Serving fresh and thickly cut fish on sushi. But the quality is mediocre. Especially, the wasabi is fake.
The sushi tasted great, but my biggest issue was the apparent lack of care from the serving and sushi staff.
Rude staff. Good quality sushi, no doubt. Miso soup was okay. We had an argument with the staff over a forced 15% service charge for takeout (new company policy) and I found our hosts who have come to this place for years were treated very poorly.
I went with my wife and our friend and they are amazing. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. Thank you so much, everyone at sushi land for making an effort to make something I could eat that didnt aggregate my avocado allergy. You can make requests to chefs if they dont have something you like on the conveyor. I highly recommend this place.
Came here for a date with the hubby and was pleasantly surprised. The food was great! The sevice was excellent. Even though there is a long line the wait time is not that bad. Had a great time, will definatly be coming back again!
Hopefully you dont come when the old Asian lady is working the front... not only is she rude, she will pass right by the front while you are the only person waiting to be seated. The food is always good, but her service is awful
This sushi place is tucked in between the tall buildings in Bellevue but worth hunting to find! Great sushi and reasonable prices.
Friendly staff, we request custom orders through them. Interior is old, but don't care, as sushi is fresh and prices are a great value. Occasionally, they have specials like belly and fried cheeks. Have 3 booths that can fit parties of 4-6 ppl. It's our regular favorite and even the kids request them for their bday dinner.
I've been to a lot of sushi spots but this is my favorite. The wait staff and Sushi chefs are attentive and friendly. The price of the plates are almost half of what you normally pay at a conveyor style sushi place But the quality is just as high. They don't have as many specialty rolls as some places but when you weigh the freshness of the sushi with the cost and large variety of nigiri it is easily outweighed. Wait times can be long during the normal lunch and evening rushes but the conveyor style moves people through fairly quickly so your wait will be worth it.
I love this place for what it is -- quick and good fresh Sushi. I don't come as often as I used to, but the food is good, the service is fast, and you know what you're going to get. Staff is friendly, but don't be surprised if you get minimal contact during your visit. That seems to be the norm with ethnic eateries.

At that price, there are more sushi option around Bellevue with better food and service quality.
Prices have increased twice this year! Nov 15th, they increased prices by 50-66%, and quality has not increased! Unlike every other kaiten sushi place, they don't even do happy hours.
Home town favorite believe sushi. Consistent for over 15 years. Parking lot is small though.
The four of us eat here regularly once or twice a month. The sushi selection is ok but they will make you anything you ask for and even custom creations. Most importantly, it's very kind friendly. Kids get to ask the sushi chef for whatever they want no matter how busy the chef may be. Kids can grab their own sushi from the belt and the servers are not uptight about it. Great family place.
Eh, not as good as previous years. Hostess was slow to seat us, server didn't say Hi or get our tea order right and food was nothing special as it lacked any flavor. Roughly 6 other customers and server never came back to check on us or offer more tea.
