Alwul experience as overall! Super slow and disorganized service, poor quality food, and not well made! I've waiting 30 min for my lunch- the salmon was overcooked, the papatos was almost chorcaled, green been were just tooled from the plastic packaged bag! Everything in the plate was with different temperature! I will never go back and definitely will tell any of my friends to do not go there! Waste of time and money!

30 minutes wait for an appetizer and pizza. They didn't bring the cauliflower crust they charged $4 extra in the beginning. They brought a side salad to compensate the extra wait. After 25 minutes they brought the pizza but it was clearly bread again just thinner. They said it wasn't I just ate one slice and left. It's clear why they have low-average ratings. The atmosphere is the only positive of this place that's probably what you're paying for. Perfect if you bring your own stuff.

Used to be much better. Slow service. The clam chowder too salty, no napkins, and bread arrived late!!! Desert was pretty good, credit for that.

I want to thank the Nordstrom’s Marketplace Cafe. I ordered a huge take out for my son’s surprise Birthday Party. Two weeks before this event I went to a wedding that Nordstrom catered in Oregon. The food was so good that I decided to use them for the Birthday Party.
I wish I had photos for you, but there much going on that I did not take photos of the food and I did not eat much that night either. HOWEVER, the leftovers in the days after was so good. You can tell that they use the freshest ingredients, the tomatoes in the Brusetta was flavorful, the Parmesan cheese-freshly grated, I loved the Caesar salad, we feasted on this day 2 &3 after the event and it was fresh and delicious-the romaine lettuce crisps, but it is the dressing that adds to best tasting Caesar salad. Oh the croutons, quality….easily eaten on its own. People loved the gnocchi. Cafe Marketplace is a hidden gem.

The waitress has ignored my request and continue to serve other table even they didn't ask for anything . I lost my patience after 10 mins, and waving the menu to get her attention as we were at the far end of the restaurant. She notice me but decided to mock my waving to her host, then send over her to deal with me. Ok, I am very not okay with such ignorance and judgement so I told the host I am not getting any service and not treated with respect. I got the bill as my family already ordered some starters and paid without tips. Bye bye.

Nordies Grill never ceases to please and delight - with it's lovely ambience, great food (crab bisque and crab louis salad are my faves), and super staff. They always are very polite and accommodating.

This review is specific to the 2024 Mother's Day event they hosted.The good: Greeting at the door, gift bag, flower bouquet, photos and child's frame decorating table were well organized and implemented, Bravo!The bad: Every part of the dining experience was horrible. Keep in mind this was a limited choice fixed menu with a required reservation and upfront payment. The service couldn't have been worse. I literally got up and served our party of 7 myself using the server station to gather every possible need. To say the food order took a long time is an understatement, we were ready to leave and forfeit our expensive upfront payment. Food quality and presentation were poor and way over priced, shameful. To be charged for the drinks we had while we waited was an insult. We will not be back and highly recommend that others avoid this event!
