After an incredibly frustrating experience at the drive-through, I found myself waiting for an extended period without any interaction from the restaurant's representatives. I was there this morning. there is a huge sign on the drive thru menu advertising for 2 egg mcmuffins for 5$. I specifically stated I will have the 2 for 5$. when I got to the window to pay, the charges were almost 8$ just for them. I questioned the costs and was told they are a franchise, and the promotion is over. I do not appreciate false advertising, and the lack of empathy.
