I ordered my food, I got a 20 piece nuggets and a medium fry. and they only gave me one 10 piece nuggets and no fry’s the food was cold and not great for on the go

To the owner/GM:
Your McDonalds location is over-staffed. I had breakfast in your lobby 8:00a on 3/4/25. For the hour I was there, I observed three of your male employees shuffling around, pretending to sweep, drinking ice water, sneaking outside and to the restrooms to socialize with each other.
My sausage biscuit was doughy. Please re-train your kitchen staff to fully cook the biscuits. Same with the hashbrowns. We want them brown and crispy, not soggy, raw and rushed.
Lastly, you may enjoy 50s music but please do not pipe it through your restaurant on full volume like you are doing. Many of us do not like it and just want to enjoy our food in peace.

Ordered ahead using the mobile app, only to be told that they did not have the item that I had ordered less than 10 minutes prior. Management refused to fix my issue other than refunding me, to which they gave me incorrect change and refused to assist me further and yelled at me until I left their store, despite me never getting hostile or raising my voice.
This is the closest McDonald's to one of my job sites. I was a regular here for months, and I will NEVER come back after being treated like that. The manager is a thief and should be fired.

Food quality has gone down. Chicken is still edible but my mcdoubles today smelled like wet crotch and were inedible. My meal also cost almost double what it did last time I came here 2 weeks ago.

This is more of a PSA and not a direct knock against this location. DO NOT COME HERE TODAY! The wind storm brought a lot of customers here. As pictured they're 2hrs behind on a lot of orders! Go to a Chinese restaurant or something because you're not going to get your food anytime soon.
