From the moment I ordered it was bad experience. The guy that took my order was abrupt/ bad attitude and didn’t have good customer service skills. Even my daughter who is 7 said ā€œ mom he was rudeā€. Then I went to pay and the lady looked very annoyed šŸ˜‘ not a please or thank you. I went to the last window and a poor young black kid that works there was being scolded and being told he had to redo some drinks. So the kid looked miserable. I didn’t even get a hello from the lady that was scolding him and embarrassing him in front of everyone. They all looked so stressed out / annoyed and it just comes off and rude and unprofessional. They gave me two medium sodas for two happy meals. I told the lady at the window and she starts to call out whoever took my order and he came around the corner and lied and said I ordered medium and I said , no I didn’t. But the manager didn’t have to be so aggressive when there is an issue just fix it!! I don’t want to be in the middle of it just give me my food. I’m a nice person i am 41 and this is my second ā€œnegativeā€ review I’ve ever made in my whole life. The atmosphere was so negative, it really made me feel bad and not what I want to feel prior to eating my food. They need to do a better job in management and giving them better customer
Service skills training and teach them to smile. To not be scolding each other or causing scenes in front of the customer. The food was good which is why I gave it two stars.

Placed a mobile order of a spicy Mcchicken with pickles and spicy chicken wrap. Waited 10 minutes at curbside but never got my order. Went inside, and staff didn’t even know my order. Got it finally after 15 mins and didn’t get pickles in my sandwich and wrap barely had any spicy sauce. Seemed as if the staff tried to rush the order and didn’t prepare it well. Overall disappointing service.

Added a .50 charge for water. Great decision. Food is ok at best. I drink water, not soda. Won’t be returning. Here’s an idea. Use good ingredients, have quality food and then .50 water is ok. Until then, there’s a reason sales are plummeting.

You guys have one job. Read the ticket and put the food together. Read it first then make the food on what the ticket says. Super annoying to get home just to find it all wrong. We should not have to open everything before leaving the restaurant.

Visited this McDonald’s on Bellevue Bel-Red Road for a quick breakfast since my usual Panera spot was closed. The restaurant was surprisingly spacious with ample parking and a self-serve fountain soda station, which was convenient. Restrooms were available but locked, requiring staff assistance. The app deals were a plus and made the visit budget-friendly. However, the service was noticeably off as the tone and delivery from the staff felt aggressive when I simply asked a question. While I want to believe it might be a cultural or communication style difference, it still left a negative impression.

The drive through guy barely spoke any English incredibly frustrating. I had to repeatedly tell him I just wanted a drink that came with my meal and he had no clue what I was even saying. I ended up just telling him a cup of water and he charged me for a bottle of water... what šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø

The person working here is really hardworking. Even today, they were wiping down the tables, and I couldn’t help but think—would you even find someone this dedicated at an expensive restaurant in the U.S.? I truly admire their work ethic.

when I got there the manager or person at the register saw me and said, ā€œhey let me get you new fries since your order has been sitting out for a while.ā€ very nice service
