DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! Night 11.26. This McDonaldâs drive-thru is a complete disgrace. I came here for a quick meal and instead got slapped with the most pathetic excuse for service imaginable. The staff move at the speed of a broken elevator and treat customers like background noise. They donât listen, they donât care, they donât even try.
At the window stood a guy who looked Indian and a girl with dark hair â both of them acting like speaking to a customer was beneath them. They didnât pay attention to a single word I said. Iâm literally ordering food, repeating myself twice, and theyâre too busy chatting with each other, laughing, and ignoring the fact that customers are waiting outside in their cars. You could scream your order into the speaker and they would still miss it, because theyâre more focused on their conversations than doing their job.
When they finally handed me the bag, the food was cold, sloppy, and thrown together like trash. The fries were limp, the burger was a joke, and the whole thing looked like it was prepared by people who simply do not give a damn. Management needs to wake up and deal with this mess immediately. These employees need retraining, discipline, or straight-up replacement, because the way they treat customers is unacceptable. If the administration doesnât take this seriously, they might as well SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!!!

I work nearby so I come here sometimes for lunch or late night when finished with a job. Almost everytime they forget to give me the extra condiments I paid for which is insane. Multiple times Iâve came about 1-1.5 hours before closing and they are already closed. If you arenât going to stay open to the time you say then just please update times. Upside is the workers are nice but thatâs about it.

Drive-thru was supposed to close at 12am but it closed at 11pm
It is honestly my second time going to this location because the one in crossroads is closer. They did an amazing job attending me, even gave me extra sauce cause I was worried if they didnât get them all. Everything came in the bag unlike the one in crossroads, they are always forgetting so much of my order. John Michael I think that was his name and the blonde man taking drive throw orders, they did a great job and had amazing welcoming customer service!! Overall great location to go to!
