Terrible customer service. I would advise not stopping here for morning service . The speaker system does not work and both window servers need to be retrained. I don’t know if they are allowed free coffee from their store front but it looks like both of them could use some to help be a little more attentive. The manager should also take a little more pride in her position , not sure it’s uniform to be wearing a Disney sweater shirt with no name tag going around saying she is the manager with such a lack luster approach to customer service if you can even call it that.

I went into the restaurant to get my order. But there was a very sullen and rude cashier. I don't understand why such big establishments employ such unpleasant people. I don't like it that way. These types of restaurants should hire better people in terms of paying attention to human relations when hiring.

Absolutly horrible. I think they deliberately gave me the worst dried out burgers on purpose because I gave them a "buy one get one of equal or lesser value" promo for the website survey, which confused the teller and everyone there greatly. Then I had to pull ahead at the parking space and wait. Keep in mind this is during main dinner time so I was shocked at why the food was so dried up and bad. I had to throw it out when I got home. Shame on you McDonald's for running such an unprofessional place. I won't be going back.
I guess this is typical of Washington State/Seattle McDonalds, but it often seems to be staffed by 2-3 workers, so it can be a LENGTHY wait for food and it’s often not-hot. But it’s mostly fine. Just pricey 😬

This is perhaps the worst McDonald in the vicinity. The staff are so rude and the wait is long. They also mess up orders frequently like today they left papers in burgers and that’s disgusting.
