The place is dirty, bathroom feels like it barely gets cleaned. The food tastes like it’s been sitting out for ages. And the staff act like they have better things to do than help you. Highly recommend you continue on to a different location.

I order the fish fillet and chicken ranch. It came out that the chicken ranch is cold. I came to the front and asking this is cold and not heat it up. There is a guy claimed that he is the manager, but he could not understand what I am saying and was using a translator over his phone. He insisted that this is freshly made and repeat this cannot be heated.
He insisted and refuse to heat it up or issue a refund until I said I need to file a complaint.
He then called another lady over his phone. I explained to this lady, and she mentioned that this can be freshly made but i will need to wait for 7 minutes. And she were talking to this “manager”.
Whils he finished talking to the lady, he took the wrap from my hand turn back and smash it on the floor??
Avoid this location if you can.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for about 4 to 5 years now and it seems like every other time that I come, the Customer Service is terrible. I came in today to dine in for the first time and I understand being next to a high school, there will be lots of customers, however the workers did not do their jobs. They were actively standing around and making conversation with another, messing up every other order that came their way, including mine. When I told her she needed to correct the size of my drink, she put it on the drink slot and left it there to never return. I had to speak up and make a complaint to all the workers about how they have been Serving their customers, and they obviously did not like it. There was about five orders back to back that they mistakenly, forgotten item, gave the incorrect item or did not want to assist. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have been to, especially being in Bellevue. Not surprised anymore. Find another McDonald’s. And just an FYI, my fries were soggy and undercooked.

I made a TOGO order for couple of chicken burger and chicken nuggets. I was the only customer waiting there to pickup up my food and I waited for 15-20 mins. I found chicken nuggets were missing from the order after I reached home. I called in to report it and gave the order number. Representative kept insisting to answer his query of how many nuggets are missing. Seriously, I told him that entire order of nuggets is missing. Once I gave him a detailed breakdown of the order, I asked him if it can be refunded online and representative said that is not possible and asked me to show up there in person. Poor customer service- First they didn’t apologize first for missing out an item from the order. When I requested for refund online, representative was very dismissive and heard giggling in the background. As others have noted; Staff is rude and lethargic; unless staffing changes are made I am not going there again.

A very unpleasant experience ordering from this McDonald’s. Yesterday they simply didn’t include the bacon I paid extra for, even though it was on the receipt, and the orange juice was diluted with so much water it was barely yellow, and tasted accordingly. But today was the last straw — there was a hair in my fries. Today was the last time I ate anything from here. I don’t understand how this can happen in Factoria, Bellevue — such an area, yet such service. Very unexpected and honestly embarrassing. One time is an accident, but two days in a row is a pattern.

Service is very offensive... I asked for a water cup and the guy walked away, without attention, then I asked a lady and she gave it. When I said to the guy asked I asked for a water cup what happened? He was rude in response!
I don't think I am going back again! With this experience!

McDonald’s in Factoria is a convenient location because it’s close. For being a fast food location obviously there are better food choices. However typically when I do order food from this McDonald’s location it does taste more fresh than other locations at least when I’ve ordered food. They don’t always make my coffee correctly but it’s still drinkable. The service could use some work and be better as they lack heavily in that area. The atmosphere could also use a little help. They do decorate for the holidays which is cool. Overall I think 3 stars is fair ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered 2 McCrispy Deluxe meal , it took 15-20 minutes to get my order and it was wrong order instead of McCrispy they put McCrispy spicy and I bring it back, on of McCrispy I bite other on was just checked, instead of disposing order they took it inside and probably restocked it? 😳
