I love the desserts at this shop but sometimes it’s a hit or miss. I love rice balls and I always order extra. But there are times when they don’t give me the extra rice balls I order. and when I check , the guy would say “I already added it to your QT cup .” but when I eat my QT cup it’s only 4 rice balls.. so therefore I still didn’t receive the extra rice balls I paid for. I didn’t want to ask for the second time because it’s just embarrassing and too much trouble just for me to receive my extra rice balls 😞. Anyway I just wish the customer service is better at this pace.

Ordered two drinks (milk tea) and two bubble waffles. We were the second people in the store and then had several other ppl show up after us. We got our drinks and one waffle in about 10ish minutes. But then had to wait 30 mins to get the second one. It wasn't that busy and the guy kept saying he was making my waffle. I had to walk up to the dude after he finally made it and he was almost going to pack it up for someone else's to go order.
I feel bad for the dude cause maybe he's new but it shouldn't take 45 min for two drinks and snacks. Also there ended up being like 9 other orders after us so idk how that ended up for everyone else. Generally this place ain't that bad tho.

The bubble milk tea was diluted and not good, the taro balls were bad too. The tables and chairs outside were dirty and broken. There was a guy from the store who kept smoking outside, which was disgusting.

A classic Taiwanese spot for shaved iced. Great way to end the meal as it is not too sweet. I would recommend dine in, as take out the ice gets very compacted and doesn’t retain the soft texture. It also seems the amount of taro balls, jelly etc is reduced when you order take out so beware.

I visited your store on August 11, 2025, at approximately 9:30 PM and ordered a Thai milk tea with boba, paying nearly $8 for the drink. The order was prepared by the manager on duty.
When I received my drink, I noticed the cup was about 90% filled with ice, including shaved ice, which I had not requested. I approached the manager politely and asked why shaved ice had been added and why the cup was filled mostly with ice cubes. He initially stated that ice is complimentary and that the company policy is to fill drinks with ice.
I accepted the explanation and left, but after just a few sips, I realized the drink was almost gone, with only ice remaining. I returned to the counter and asked again. This time, he said that too much ice was used to “balance” the sweetness of the drink. When I asked why this adjustment was made only to my drink, he responded again that it was company policy.
At that moment, I observed several other Thai milk tea orders on the counter prepared by the same person, and none of them had large amounts of ice, they contained only a small amount of shaved ice and no ice cubes. When I pointed this out, the manager said, “We can talk.”
I repeated my question about why my drink was treated differently, and instead of answering, he told me he would issue a refund and asked me to leave the store.
This experience left me feeling singled out, dismissed, and unsatisfied with both the product and the service.

they’re not being honest about their menu. The shave ice claimed to have the big sweet potato ball, but it didn’t come with one. I asked the staff, and they said it’s not on this menu, even though it was listed. How can I trust what I’m ordering if your menu isn’t even correct? They refused to add it for me, which feels like such a scam.

🍧 Mango Shaved Ice with Strawberry Ice Cream Huge portion and super refreshing! The mango chunks were sweet and juicy, and the shaved ice was soft and finely textured—not icy at all. The scoop of strawberry ice cream on top added the perfect tart contrast to the sweetness of the mango. A must-try for summer!
🥣 Taro Ball & Grass Jelly Dessert Bowl This bowl was packed with toppings—chewy taro balls, sweet potato balls, herbal grass jelly, and two creamy scoops of taro and purple yam paste. Everything was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. If you’re a fan of taro-based desserts, this one hits the spot!
🧇 Chocolate Egg Waffle Freshly made, crispy on the outside and soft inside. The chocolate flavor was rich but not overwhelming. It paired really well with the shaved ice too.
