Even my mom, who has an aversion to anything sweet, will find *any* excuse to come here. We love the herb jellies, and the fact that there are hot versions of some of our favorites so we can eat it while it's cold— great for any time of the year! The staff are all very warm, friendly, and amicable, as well as speedy! I swear I just turned my back after placing my order and out came my treat! The decoration matches whatever holiday's going on, and the lighting and background music makes it a 10/10 relaxing atmosphere. I rarely leave five stars since most places have either slow service or just overall very meh items (either too sweet or not sweet at all), but this place is always worth going out of your way to get something!

I’m a boba snob and can truly say this place is excellent (grass jelly & regular boba). I gave up after Drive Through boba closed a few years ago but this place has brought hope back to my boba fervor.

I don't care if that's your company policy or what. I was complaining about the price I paid was not worth it at all considering how stingy you guys were with toppings customers paid extra for.

Loved the mochi, very soft and tasty. The waffle could use little more vanilla. Loved my herbal jelly bowl, would have been better if it was hot. Thought I ordered hot anywhere..it was great. Nice clean interiors.

We ordered from UberEats and it shows this shop accepted our order. When it stated order was ready, we went to the store and the manager told us the ran out of ingredients and can’t fulfill any of our orders. He said he couldn’t cancel the order, and told me to “cancel on my end and get a refund myself from UberEats”. Uber later told me they will not refund if I as the customer cancel it myself after the merchant states the order is complete, and they will still pay Meetfresh (even though we never received our order). Terrible misinformation and sketchy service from meet fresh!
Love this place! The milk tea is solid and the shaved ice portions are HUGE! However, I can't ethically give them a full five stars for a couple of reasons. First, they don't offer a non-dairy or alternative dairy milk tea, which really stops me from indulging in those offerings. Second, after having gone to Snowy Village and seeing how they do shaved ice, there's some room for improvement. Smaller crystals of ice and layering the toppings would be great! This way, there's enough toppings and syrup throughout the experience and the milk can penetrate into the ice better!

I love the desserts at this shop but sometimes it’s a hit or miss. I love rice balls and I always order extra. But there are times when they don’t give me the extra rice balls I order. and when I check , the guy would say “I already added it to your QT cup .” but when I eat my QT cup it’s only 4 rice balls.. so therefore I still didn’t receive the extra rice balls I paid for. I didn’t want to ask for the second time because it’s just embarrassing and too much trouble just for me to receive my extra rice balls 😞. Anyway I just wish the customer service is better at this pace.
