Cute location but there was a lot of cleaning and packaging materials left out where customers are supposed to sit. Ordered on touch screen i.e. no staff interaction and all self-service. Paid over $7 for a cup of exquisite tea -- too expensive. I'm unsatisfied with the cost of everything.

They changed the fluffy strawberry smoothie a year or so ago (my favorite drink that had cheese foam), so I decided to try the black sugar boba milk tea instead (added cheese foam). It was very disappointing……the cheese foam (which was $1.25) had big chunks of cream cheese/mascarpone in it so it took away from the smoothness and flavor. Not to mention that they only put a bit of foam, so it was not worth the money to add on. The black sugar boba was really not it either…….the balls were hard (undercooked or old) and they really weren’t enjoyable to chew. The milk tea flavor was alright. Overall, it was not a drink I would order again, especially for $9.00 (before tip).

Inside looked relatively clean, except for the noticeable boxes and cleaning supplies near the entrance and seating area.

The young man working there was kind and went out of his way to offer me napkins before getting some for himself!

I’m not sure If I’ll be back after this experience.

Awesome hidden gem in suburban Bellevue. I’d recommend checking it out if you’re in the area. Traditional taiwanese desserts aren’t as mainstream as other Asian desserts but is good in its own right. I’d recommend getting the grass jelly desserts or black sesame soups, I know they sound weird but it’s really good and authentic. Similar to how people say matcha just tastes herbally but then end up loving it, I’d say the same for Meet Fresh’s desserts as well. Also in the winter you can get hot desserts too which isn’t common in the US but trust me, it hits the spot on those cold rainy Seattle days. I’ve seen some complaints on service which I cannot support or deny but if you come in with a smile and are willing to communicate your best cross culturally, this is an awesome dessert spot!!!

The dessert we got here was super refreshing, great because we were looking for something not too heavy. The manager was friendly as well—we asked for recommendations, and he suggested the icy ube and taro paste signature (which turned out to be excellent). I liked that there was an option to get multiple flavors on the shaved ice since both the mango and strawberry were yummy in different ways, and I would have been sad to miss out on either. I forgot to get a picture of our drinks, but we got something with brown sugar. I normally don't like brown sugar boba, but I thought this one was quite tasty!

Super rude and condescending owner/manager. Unbelievably bad customer service. Ordered an ube drink and it came full of some nasty, rotten cheese flavored nonsense. No warning about the cheese. On the automated screen they use to take orders, they called it fluffy ube, and i was supposed to know fluffy means full of cheese. You order off of a screen and they ask for a 20 percent tip. I order, i process payment, i pick up my own drink, i buss my own table - whats the tip for? And you want 11 dollars for a drink? And you fill it with overpowering cheese and refuse to give me a refund when i dont want to drink a cheese beverage? I would think management at any restaurant, cafe, bar, etc who had a customer who had a similar issue would just apologize and replace it. And either use an actual human to take orders or list the actual ingredients in your drinks. It just seems like bare minimum.

It was my daughter’s favorite place, until now. Their opening time changed to starting 1pm, which means no lunch snack for us. We waited a long time, even when there are only a few customers in sight. We didn’t receive any announcements in store that our ice cream is ready, so they all melted halfway. I did receive a text message, but my phone was on mute. The cups were very messy on the outside. And the Tapioca was NOT FRESHLY MADE. They were hard, overnight leftover tapiocas. This place used to be well worth the wait for their high quality. Now the prices have gone up, and the quality is gone. I don’t think we will come back again. Just go to Tapioca express or Hui Lau Shan.

The food here are getting quite pricey. The store cleanness is not that great. The tables are all sticky, one side of the store seating area almost became a storage space, piles of stuffs… not sure it is because they run out of space for storage or just not so organized with all their stocked stuff.

I'm so disappointed. I expected to have a shaved ice like their advertisement. BUT it's so different at all the size of a bowl and pieces of fruits.
It's not a soft shaved ice. It's very hard ice.
I'm disappointed for the $20.41
