Stopped here on a whim on my way to the public library upstairs. Pleasantly surprised. Tried the rice balls & winter melon hot grass jelly soup. Trust me, all the ingredients are indeed fresh. Lots of room for seating. It's like eating a desert and a soup in one, perfect for these cold eastern Washington days in Bellevue. Will be eating here again soon

This place is fantastic!! They offer such a wide variety of desserts and drinks with very generous portions, really great value! I loved the shaved ice and wide variety of mochi offerings, everything was perfectly sweet and delicious. And the staff was all super friendly as well!

This was my first time trying Meet Fresh and it truly exceeded my expectations! I tried the shaved ice and ube & taro paste signature and both were incredible! such great flavor and variety of toppings. The shave ice was so yummy and tasted fresh. I’ll definitely be back!

I order the herbal slush and the cheese form that comes with it seems to be made it wrong or sitting too long it is really sandy and texture is off. Could just be too slow couldn’t rotate fast enough.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 cups of drinks, which is crazy, and many others waiting in similar situation. And it's not because the place is popular, it's mostly empty and just short of experienced staffs that can assemble the desserts quickly.

I absolutely love this place! They have both HOT and COLD Taiwanese desserts and treats. Their shaved ice and grass jelly desserts are a must-try with so many different options. Service is friendly and efficient and there is plenty of parking. Highly recommend!!

I went here recently for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. The manager was one of the nicest managers I've ever met. She was very kind and helpful with what we needed. I was impressed by how thoughtful she was. The food and drinks were great as you'd expect. I'd definitely recommend this place and would come back again!
The experience exceeded expectations both times we visited. The owner was patient, friendly and thorough. We had questions about the promotions, rewards and using the kiosk. She explained everything to us in detail. The shop was busy but she made sure we received everything in our group order and kept us updated on the status. If there were any issues she offered to make things right. On both visits she was pleasant to talk to over the phone and in person and thanked us for our business. The shop was clean and spacious. The food and drink tasted great. We can’t wait to try the other menu items on our next visit. Thank you!

I would come here after eating somewhere in the plaza. This time, I came by for the Nikke collab. The owner is kind and helpful with assisting about the Nikke promotion they were running. Ordered a couple drinks and they were just the right amount of sweetness. There are a lot of options to choose to eat and/or drink. The atmosphere and ambiance is soothing and relaxing. Staff were kind and thorough with preparing and serving my order.

Even my mom, who has an aversion to anything sweet, will find *any* excuse to come here. We love the herb jellies, and the fact that there are hot versions of some of our favorites so we can eat it while it's cold— great for any time of the year! The staff are all very warm, friendly, and amicable, as well as speedy! I swear I just turned my back after placing my order and out came my treat! The decoration matches whatever holiday's going on, and the lighting and background music makes it a 10/10 relaxing atmosphere. I rarely leave five stars since most places have either slow service or just overall very meh items (either too sweet or not sweet at all), but this place is always worth going out of your way to get something!
