The toppings are in containers. And you have to buy the whole thing to get a topping. That makes no sense. The yogurt was also melted and runny.

I love the $6 fill up your cup Friday nights!! Also they switched the toppings to little containers, which feels much more sanitary :)

Yummy frozen yogurt with lots of toppings. The staff are always smiling and happy to help no matter how busy they get. I like that I have options as a gluten free person and live the flavours they have. It's our date spot for they hubby and I :)

Love this place. Their frozen yogurt always hits the spot. Never had any problems, however the staff do remind me this is seattle.Parking: Huge lot, mostly empty, super easy to park.Kid-friendliness: They treat kids indifferent to adults, giving them freedom, while still understanding they're little and give them a little more room and kindness.

Very nice place and the staff is amazing. I went late at night and they had already closed the ice cream machines but the manager offered me a free ice cream bucket

One of my favorite Frozen Yogurt place here in Bellevue!Nice atmosphere, tasty flavors and toppings!

The frozen yogurt resembled a slushie in consistency. It wasn't creamy at all! More or less all chocolate flavours tasted the same.

Most overpriced and worst yogurt i've ever had. The water quantity in this is so high, i could hear myself crunching on little ice crystals in the yogurt. I'd rather spend my money at molly moons or salt and straw.

We asked for waffles, and the cashier said they don't have them. They have a waffle maker here, but they are too lazy, I guess ?Menchies was great when they started, but now service is poor

(Review from family since they didn't have a dairy AND gluten free option in one)Husband: give it 3.5 stars- "didn't think the flavor in the cake batter option tasted like cake...marshmallow was favorite bc of the flavor being the best... cookies and cream second favorite. Price is a little high for the amount. No toppings added."Son: 3.5 stars- "both were good wish it was cheaper" (he paid for his own- had marshmallow and cake batter options)Daughter: 4 stars- "blue raspberry tart and cake batter spice de leche swirl...like the swirl more than blue raspberry bc flavor blended well. Felt price was reasonable." (She paid for her own)***really wish they offered compostable cups and spoons since that is what every customer uses. They do use small paper sample cups that would likely breaks down easier in garbage than the waxy paper cups and plastic spoons. Employees asked them if they wanted sampling cups and how many they needed. Smart to keep the sample cups hidden away and the yogurt pumps in plain view of the employees so customers don't sample too many! Also it would be nice to have vegan and gluten free options that aren't sorbet but using coconut milk so those who cannot eat dairy or gluten have some options. I did have to chuckle they state "no high fructose corn syrup" but they DO use corn syrup. Honestly for me that knocks it down to 2 stars but I didn't taste the flavors.

FroYo has had its day and some may argue that it's long since past. However I'm a fan and especially prefer the self serve purveyors. Honestly my favorite is Yogurtland because their plain yogurt flavor is very clean and not sweet but unfortunately Yogurtland has departed the region so we have to make due with what remains and in Bellevue that means Menchies.Although far sugarier than Yogurtland but no star deduction here because Menchies does adequately scratch the FroYo itch. That said since covid the toppings bar now packages everything in single use disposable plastic containers - for this I deduct a star. And then there's the non-compoastable single use disposable spoon - for this I deduct another star.
