Highly recommend making a reservation. Staff here was very friendly, engaging and funny. We did not have a reservation but they sat us outside with a friend's stroller/baby in tow.
We ordered the caramelized carrots, the sauce from the carrots was amazing added to every pizza we ordered.
The siliccsa pizza was great and the pistachio pizza was a surprise hit. We loved everything we ordered.

Really disappointing experience. We ordered 3 pizzas, and for the price, the quality was nowhere near acceptable. Two of the pizzas had bottoms burned so badly they were nearly black — and this was not just a few char spots, but large burned areas across the crust. I’ve attached a photo of one of them. The third pizza was undercooked, so the whole order felt completely inconsistent and poorly made.
Beyond that, the taste and ingredient quality also did not seem the same as in the past. We used to enjoy ordering from here, but the quality has clearly gone down over time. At these prices, I expect much better quality control and consistency.

We found this spot WAY TOO LATE! We’re moving to Texas and finding this gem so late in living on the Eastside might be our biggest regret! We’ve been 3X in as many weeks! Service is great. Food is delish as are the drinks and I love the small place vibe. If you’re wanting a local place that will become your go-to…YES!
Me and my husband’s go to date night spot. We have been going here for YEARS. While we were dating, we went here, our engagement dinner with family was here (Drew, the manager, helped plan with a family member to surprise us), and we still go here when we want a special atmosphere with stellar food. Drew is the best - he knows everyone by name and always makes us laugh and asks us how we are doing. This restaurant makes me feel like I’m going to the small town restaurant where I feel at home and know everyone. Please, if you have the chance, go here. Everything from appetizers and cocktails to salads, pizza or pasta, we have tried it all. EVERYTHING is amazing. You will not regret it!!

We walked in on a Saturday night and Drew greeted us at the door with smile and was able to get us a spot right away. So helpful and appreciative! The staff was amazing and so very helpful and the food was spectacular. The limoncello dessert was divine. Will be back.

Mercato is one of the best pizza spots in the Bellevue/Seattle area. The pizza is incredibly soft and light, and it doesn’t feel heavy at all — likely due to the high-hydration dough, which makes it easier to digest.
We tried the margherita and mushroom pizzas, and both were really enjoyable. Overall, it made for a great date-night experience. The restaurant itself is very small, probably around 10 tables, which gives it a cozy and intimate vibe.
Reservations are definitely recommended, so be sure to book ahead before you go.
