Mercato is one of the best pizza spots in the Bellevue/Seattle area. The pizza is incredibly soft and light, and it doesn’t feel heavy at all — likely due to the high-hydration dough, which makes it easier to digest.

We tried the margherita and mushroom pizzas, and both were really enjoyable. Overall, it made for a great date-night experience. The restaurant itself is very small, probably around 10 tables, which gives it a cozy and intimate vibe.

One of the best pizzerias I’ve ever tried! 🍕 The owner is super kind and positive. Lots of gluten-free options (any pizza + some pasta). My favorite is the pistachio pizza — always perfect. Highly recommended!

Wonderful lil bistro spot with a neighborhood vibe. Welcoming staff. Often a busy place, can get loud. Can also get warm, but it's better than being too cold. Love their flavorful pizzas, seasonal specials, and good wines. Definitely a place to consider if your clock and your wallet allow.
