While food was great, the drink I ordered was not what was on the poster (Dreamsicle energy elixir). When I asked how come, the answer was “is it a picture from last year and now we do it this way”. This is a complete misrepresentation of the item and that is not ok. So here goes my one point for service- I should have been asked if I wanted another drink instead. “Sorry, our drinks are on the sweet side” was the response I got when complaining the drink was too sweet...
The staff were super nice and had good intentions! They meant to have us save money but in order to go that, need to spend more money (so that we could reach the minimum for some deal). However, once we reached the threshold for the deal, the server then incorrectly selected stuff on her cashier/iPad and it ended up requiring the manager’s help and turned into a whole thing.
