Great little store with wonderful selection of tea. We tried jasmine fruit tea and mango milk, both yummy and refreshing. The lady is very friendly and gave us some tips about local restaurants! Will definitely be back :)

Drinks are ok.. nothing to complain but the lady at the service register...The tall skinny middle eastern lady needs to wear more appropriate cloths.. cover up more... but not just that her appearance inappropriate her attitude was also the worst I've ever met. Such a bad attitude person.I'd go again when she's not there because I don't want to waste my money to get those kind of attitude from her.

We used to order mango latte quite often from here. But lately our order has not been good.

No wonder there were no people around. I thought it would go faster if there was no queue, but the jasmine milk green I ordered was completely mixed with milk powder. It really didn’t taste good. I won’t come here again.

It was very lovely, asked for one of the most popular choices for bubble tea (which is the Brulé boba milk tea. And it is really delicious. Would recommend this shop to boba tea lovers. It tastes like a $15 tea when I got mine for $7

Very bad experience trying to order a jasmine tea. Tea was then greatly over brewed and terrible tasting.

Not sure why I went here. Boba was expensive. Lychee was way too tarte, brûlée was way too sweet. I only had a few sips then needed to throw it away. Service wasn't that great. Girl was on her phone when we walked in and then after we ordered she quickly did the drinks which I think that's why the taste was off. All the tables were dirty. 3 tables and only one bar chair. They were also out of the cheese foam. I am not a fan but my cousin ordered a drink that came with foam and 10 seconds later we said no foam and she was like there's none anyways we ran out but what if we did want it uhhh- Anyways I think there's better spots for boba in the mall.

Delicious, tasteful and super refreshing Lychee Jasmine Tea with Lychee toppings. Highly recommend. Not too sweet.

Is it too cool to name a shop which I feel like I’m a illiteracy in Chinese which is my Native language. What a business strategy! it makes me feel like the owner of this business is trying to make customers not remembering their shop name. So surprised… Basic mistake here?

My toddler loves boba and was excited for some. While at the cash register I saw a worker hand a milk boba drink to a customer. The drink was white with brown sugar drizzle and boba, making me assume it was just milk (not tea). I asked the cashier what that drink was and ordered what she said. To my surprise the drink was dark brown and caffeinated so me toddler and I couldn't drink it. When I talked to them about this mix up, they doubled down that it was my mistake and that the drink previously made (which was bright white) was the same as what I ordered (dark brown caffeinated). I'm not sure how two drinks, where one is white and the other is brown are the same. They refused to exchange my drink and did not offer a refund. They said some lame reason that they couldn't exchange or refund because the manager was out and that during the holidays people try to cheat the system. I left the boba there with them (see picture) and paid over $7 for nothing (we'll I did drink the $1 water they changed me for when I asked for a cup of water). If I left the drink with them, shouldn't I at least get a refund? Mi Tea much be struggling with profits. I am never patronizing them again.Edit: right after I wrote this, there were a bunch of 5 star reviews that followed from many users which have Mi Tea as their first and only review. Hmm... Fishy. Just letting the readers know, the 5 star reviews may be fake and Mi Tea's actual score is probably lower than a 3.Anyways, now I contacted corporate Mi Tea and let them know about this experience. Specifically that due to a miscommunication the drink that was made was something I could not consume and the workers refused to exchange or refund me. The drink was left there and no refund was given.

The spouse and I decided to give Mi Tea a try due to convenience: it was near the exit to our car and our favorite tea place had a very long line spouse was not going to wait for. When I protested he said he couldn't believe I wouldn't want to try something new...so he got me there. There was no line at Mi Tea despite the mall being jammed with holiday shoppers. We ordered versions of what we would have gotten at the preferred shop: a black lemon iced tea and a grapefruit iced tea with lychee jelly. Drinks were ready quickly after we placed our counter order at this spare, clean shop with 3 cocktails rounds (no chairs). The first thing I noticed is the black tea was not filled to the top. I took a sip (this was spouse's tea) and noticed it was lukewarm and not very flavorful. Neither black tea nor lemon flavor stood out. My grapefruit tea was also room temp, and while not very flavorful, better than the other drink, with chunks of grapefruit and good lychee jelly. I am going to stick to my favorite spot, but if I really need a drink and couldn't wait, I might go back here again.

They use to be really good a couple years ago. Clean, good vibes, vibrant and friendly staff, and really good drinks. I don't know what happened but it seems it's always a new person at the counter who hasn't been trained, half of the items are always out and it just doesn't taste good at all. Really sad this place fell off, especially given how good it use to be
