I LOVED the cereal milk soft serve. It's slightly toasty, salty and not overly sweet. Very unique and, in my opinion, delicious! I didn't add any toppings and didn't think it needed any. That being said, my husband did NOT like it at all, so it's not for everyone.

Soft serve is a bit pricey ($10) but it’s a big serving and enough to share. I was worried about the pricing after reading all the reviews but this is the average cost of ice cream in the bellevue area. Overall would reccomend! love it

Had the tastiest orange soft serve here! Have also been to the nyc locations and this has the same great products and service. Loved that there were free samples out. Will be back!

The soft serve has an extremely off taste and tastes of sweet spoiled milk with heavy amounts of salt (NOT in a good way). I couldn’t eat much of it and it made me completely lose my appetite. It is also quite expensive for a small cup of ice cream. The red velvet cheesecake though, was great! only complaint is that it doesn’t taste much like cheesecake and I really couldn’t find any components that would make it one. Just a red velvet cake with frosting. Overall, I wouldn’t waste any time or money here due to the over the top pricing for at best, average products. Truly disappointing. Felt nauseous the rest of the day, not only because of the terrible ice cream but also from the regret of the unnecessary hole I had burnt in my pocket.

I have had Milk Bar birthday cake at this location and in other cities, and love celebrating my birthday with this excellent cake. This time, the cake was less dense than in the past, and had a hair in it. Pretty grossed out and disappointed. I hope the quality is better next time.

The food is fine but the store is too small and the service sucks. The transactions are always weird. You’ll scan your card to pay and walk away then the staff will randomly call you back to do it again. Why can’t they get it right the first time?
