Super disappointed with my dinning experience! The employees were rude and will rush you to make your decisions. Furthermore, they were touching the donuts with their bare hands. When we finally got our donuts and tried them… they were soggy and super oily. Then we tried the corn dogs, which was undercooked as it contain raw dough… nothing went right during our visit.

The donuts are good, but I would like if ownership had a sense of embarrassment about the auto tipping settings. Having a 15% auto tip *on the self serve machine* is asinine - I'm the one taking my order. And then it *still* defaults to $1.00 when you go into custom.
I'm not tipping you for boxing 3 donuts when I'm already paying more than $3 each, and I shouldn't have to click through menus for that.

Ate a Mochi nut donut here for the first time today. $ 3.58 for one below average size donut is way overpriced! The mochinut dry mix they use comes from Tawain, and has a two year self life, and even if they cook them fresh everyday you can hide the fact that your mochinut mix IS NOT FRESH!
Mochinuts are just ok… it’s basically a mochi deep fried, tasted pretty interesting but wouldn’t buy again

I like the donuts a lot but I haven’t had good experiences with the corn dogs, I always get my corn dog fried with an old oil and the outside taste and smell to old oil. It would be nice to know when you guys change the oil to get fresh corn dogs.

I like this place, but the ricedogs are inconsistently cooked. Some days they are perfect, other days they are burnt, tough, and hardly enjoyable (they are still edible, though). I had them remake one once, but it didn’t help. Perhaps it has to do with who is making it!
The ube drink is good too. I think it is a shame that the ricedogs are not always right, because when they are it’s awesome.

We ordered the crème brûlée tiger sugar w/boba, a milk tea, a dozen donuts, and a cheese rice dog. It was great ordering from the kiosk, but the interface could definitely be more user friendly. It was $35 for a dozen donuts that were doughy and had an unbalanced topping to donut ratio in terms of flavor… which felt “meh”. The cheese dog was novel. Drinks were definitely the strongest offering from here.

The donuts can be decent depending on the flavor. I like the matcha dount, but they currently don’t offer them. The fruit flavored are alright.
