Mochinut Bellevue Crossroads Mall

Donuts are good but customer service is not. They working So slow. They don't have any package for to go. Last one, the rice dog(corn dog) are not worth the money.

Compared to the Bellevue Square location, which is always too crowded and difficult to find parking, I much prefer buying my Mochinut here. Favorite donuts place in this area!

It's been awhile since I have had Mochinut and decided to get a drink and donut after Half Price Books browsing. The new can design is cute but way to much ice, Thai Tea was a little too sweet. There is no option for not to have Boba which I am not always in the mood for, and I got the Mango donut and it was okay kinda of meh to me for flavor. I will go somewhere else for my thai tea and donuts

Mochinut nailed it! The churro swirl, mango boba milkshake, and tiger sugar fresh milk boba were all amazing. If you’re thinking about it — just go already!

I love Crossroads anyway, and have been seeing these Mochinut internal ads that make them look so delicious, so I finally caved and tried.

There’s an 8.95 dollar combo of a small coffee (latté) and mochinut, and I got to choose from four (incomprehensible) coffee choices, or about eight visible mochinut choices. I feel like all would have been delicious, probably, but mine (Vietnamese Coffee flavored donut; salted caramel latté) tasted especially good. And that’s a totally reasonable price point, so I’m a fan now.
I wonder if they’ll warm the donut up for me? It might be insulting to ask, even. I’ll have to feel that out and report back 🤔

We totally love this place, but the customer service is awful, the girl that gave me the Donuts threw the box at me. She was really rude with the last customers that we were in the place.

The cashier is located inside the plaza, and you can self-order through the kiosk.

The worst place ever.. they saw me for 15 mins with a kid and they didn’t notice me . Is like I was invisible. I will never go there ever. Rude people

They close at 9 and I tried ordering a drink and they told me there close when it was 8:23 and I told them don’t you guys close at 9 they said not today then I asked for a manager and they told me he was and told me to leave

Bought 3 dozens last week for my daughter and her friends . They absolutely LOVED it 🥰

I enjoyed my mango smoothie, it was the BEST ever and definitely not worth the price I paid, but it was good and appreciated that the young lady behind the counter asked me if I wanted low sugar. The atmosphere is “eh” since it’s in the entrance to the book store and it’s nothing but tables

Super disappointed with my dinning experience! The employees were rude and will rush you to make your decisions. Furthermore, they were touching the donuts with their bare hands. When we finally got our donuts and tried them… they were soggy and super oily. Then we tried the corn dogs, which was undercooked as it contain raw dough… nothing went right during our visit.
