A worker touched the food and made pizzas wearing the same gloves without changing them after doing other tasks like cleaning, opening the door and carrying a bin. I felt sick afterwards and regret ignoring that red flag.

The lady there was slamming chairs the whole time while the guy that told us that he started two days ago did his best to hear our order over the lady. Then he did a great job slicing my fiancé pizza then she sliced mine in wild and I mean a wild way. Would not go here if she is working again.

Pretty bad recent experience with pick up order. Ordered in advance and confirmed pick up time, only to find the store door locked and no one in store during pick up. No notification in advance nor notice at store. Was ordering for a party, and end up needing to find an alternative and have guest wait an extra hours for food. While the dispatch was able to refund my money, the experience was overall pretty bad.
Not sure if I’ll go again. (Also, multiple other guest were trying to dine in when I was there and get turned away, google maps showed the store was opened, and dispatch also said the store should be opened). Would’ve been a slightly better experience with clearer communication.

They were very quick and generous when receiving my order. I had asked a service question but due to their policy change they no longer do the service I was asking for. But fortunately they still followed through with my request and also gave me a cup for water. I am very thankful for the staff at the Mod Pizza location off of Bellevue Way. Wow, steer clear! Owner has let this location run down horribly! Was worried I would be food poisoning here. Dirty, half the drinks were out, lacked enough staff and lost my appetite basically - also freezing cold air blowing on a cold day! Brrr!.

Unfortunately, I picked up my order to go and was given the wrong pizza. The box they gave me was in fact correct as it had my sticker receipt on it with the correct toppings but they must’ve put the wrong pizza in and they seal the box with a sticker. I understand mistakes happen but the place was practically empty when I came in.

I forgot to write a review a couple months ago, but I did get food poisoning from the salad. We did report it to the health department at the time. The employees were very disorganized. When we sat down all the tables were dirty. That should had been my red flag.

We came for the Snowflake Lane parade. MOD was super busy but the team rallied to get our orders and all had great attitudes.
came here 11/20 during the outage so there was huge crowd inside— i placed a mobile order for two pizzas and the time said 63 minute wait but i waited maybe 30ish more min inside after. the workers were SO PATIENT during such a chaotic atmosphere they were handling stacks and stacks at a time truly heroes fr 😭😭 can’t even w the ppl who were complaining like they were actually working faster than humanly possible— also, pizza amazing as always! (my go-to order is the jasper w hot honey and bbq swirled on the very top) (the hot honey is SO FREAKIN GOOD)

The night closing crew on 10/16 was awesome. Super kind and speedy. We were obviously there while closing had begun and they were winding down but they were so kind and enthusiastic for being at the end of their shift. Also the pizza is always good love the thin crust!

Great pizza all in all. Very friendly staff. The reason I gave a 4 🌟 - the staff who busses the table, scratches his nose and uses the same gloves when filling Pizza orders 😅 well, pizza goes to the oven anyway but the process before it gets to the oven was unhygienic. Just a friendly reminder to change gloves when in contact with non-food-related items. I love all of them BTW.

Worst Mod Pizza I have ever been to. The dining room was a wreck. They looked extremely understaffed to handle the amount of to-go orders coming in. I waited in line for 40 minutes to place my order and get my pizza. When I got back to my hotel, I found the pizza dough was raw. Extremely disappointed. I should have gone somewhere else when I saw the state of the establishment.
