Honestly, this will sound crazy, but I think this Mod Pizza tasted better than other pizza places in the downtown Bellevue area. The other more expensive ones feel like they're trying too hard, but Mod keeps it simple. At the time of writing and after trying four different pizza places in Bellevue, Mod inexplicably is my favorite.

I just picked up my order tonight and went home and opened the box, it’s a big mess of stuff, it’s not a pizza. It’s like someone just dumped a bunch of stuff in and call it that. It’s the worst thing ever. I called back to the restaurant twice and nobody bothered to pick up.

10 months ago I gave them solid 5's but they regularly disappoint more recently. I just had a pizza that didn't follow the correct ingredients, was both fully burnt and still somehow soggy, and just about inedible. I had a single slice of it just because I want to believe in Mod, and then threw it away with the taste of burnt crust and peculiar cheese -- WHAT HAPPENED TO MOD PIZZA?

The guys at this particular location really hooked it up. We are from the east coast Boston area. Im here for work in WA and my parents came for the Christmas. The gentlemen working the oven accommodated my parents so well and happily made the food to my dads request. Coming from the east coast that goes a long way. Thank you so much!

I arrived with a few people already in front of me. There were two men working the line—one handling the register while also warming dough with his hands because the team had run out of thawed dough, and the second was the only person actively taking orders and making pizzas. He was clearly overwhelmed.
At that point, all online and delivery orders were being turned away because the one employee working the line couldn’t keep up. No one stepped in to help him except the man working the register, while the rest of the staff stayed in the back.
The line area was disgusting. Nothing was refilled, toppings were scattered everywhere, and the station looked unsanitary. Meanwhile, four staff members remained in the back room chatting while a long line of customers continued to build.
The manager eventually came out and demanded that the only employee on the line stop what he was doing to make her three pepperoni and pineapple pizzas, despite there barely being any dough available. She was extremely unprofessional and condescending toward her staff.
When I finally reached the register, it froze and stopped working, causing at least another 10-minute wait while the manager attempted to fix it.
The staff in the back consisted of one middle-aged male, a woman with a short haircut, the manager, and a larger male with long hair. Their behavior was unacceptable. It took nearly an hour to receive a simple breadstick and salad, and when the breadsticks finally arrived, the long-haired male stepped out and cut them into slices like a pizza, which was careless and unprofessional.
On top of everything else, the food was awful and not worth the excessive wait or frustration.

Today, I only saw one lady in green sweater finishing all the online, in person orders alone and with massive amount of speed around noon time. One of his best customer service experiences! This person deserves a raise please

Service was horrendous. The guy working there should be given customer service training. Went there on November 29th in the early afternoon and the person working looked so miserable and was borderline confrontational with customers. What are the hiring practices of Mod? Awful service and the food quality has gone down significantly over the last time we visited this place. Place needs a deep clean too. And the scariest part food safety protocols are not being followed, lots of cross contamination occurring with every order.

The service at this place has really gone downhill since I've been here last. No one seemed to enjoy being here. No one was knowledgeable about the limited time deals, including the kids eat free promo that had signage at every table and countertop. We specifically came to MOD because of the Black Friday deal, but since no one working knew about it, we couldn't get our $9 pizzas. The woman who acted like a manager was rude and just not friendly to anyone. The team worked so inefficiently, refusing to let customers pay, that a line grew in minutes. There was no teamwork or communication between the employees. It was disturbing to watch as a customer. I regret coming to this location when I know I could've gotten a better experience at Factoria MOD.
