Bellevue's Chinese cuisine gets better every year, and this is an amazing addition that has a lot of less common dishes I haven't seen prolifically elsewhere. I suspect it's not to every westerner's tastes, but if you're into new foods, they're not kidding about the 'comfort food that still seems high quality' vibe. Small space for dining in, which is mildly a shame because I suspect most of their food deserves to be eaten immediately, but...
It's more of a take out spot but the combo meal is phenomenal in taste and value! Small seating area. Two drinks (or sub dessert), two soups, one chicken appetizer and huge bowl of pork belly and veg. Everything tasted absolutely delicious 🤤 and all of this was $36? I will definitely get 2-4 more meals from this combo! First time coming here but I'm astonished and will definitely be a regular. Excuse the bad lighting in the photo.

I've ordered takeout from here several times, and the food has always been great. I like both the chicken and the pork rib ones that I've tried, and you can order the one person combo which comes with a drink or dessert of your choice from their list of options. My favorite is the milk pudding, but I think most people choose the peach drink.
