Rare to find authentic hand-pulled ramen made from scratch. Traditional chinese style ramen, amazing broth and lots of side dishes! :P
Had beef shank noodle soup. Broth wasn’t much flavorful. Handmade noodle was fine but not much impressive.
Ordered appetizers of fried beef patty (too oily and not freshly fried; seems like it was fried and left out for hours), unflavored cold veggies (see weeds, bamboo)
Also tried sliced pork hock and egg. Lack of flavors.
Service was ok. Quick seating&servicing
Clean environment.
Ten Stars out of Five stars.

Dry Noodles was excellent.
No problem with the service, as long as The Food was Excellent.
I came to the restaurants to EAT Good Quality of Food and Not for the service.
If you are looking for good service, don't ever come to Chinese Restaurants.
Chinese restaurant served good quality of food.
But, some Chinese restaurant do both services in excellent way as well.
