I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing. I ordered a tofu dish that was so salty I couldn’t eat it. As a Chinese person who is used to a wide range of flavors, even I found it unbearable—so I can’t imagine how foreigners would adapt to it.
When I politely asked the waiter if they could give me a little broth to rinse the tofu, they refused and insisted that it was my problem. I then requested if the dish could be remade, but they flatly declined. The staff’s attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional.
Food can have issues sometimes, but what really matters is how a restaurant handles customer concerns. In this case, the unwillingness to cooperate and the rude response left a very negative impression. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
