My spicy beef soup was bland, and the spiced pickled soup was pickled to the point of being rather smelly. Best to avoid and find a real hot pot place, instead.

It's good. I think a bowl of these noodles is better than a bowl of pho across the street. I feel more full and get more for the dollar.

I have been a repeat customers for years, but recently their quality has dropped massively. I always order the braised beef bowl, with rice and cho. this time instead of an even balanced meal, they gave 5 pieces of meat, 4 cho, and the rest was ginger. Not to mention one time they forgot our order and refused a refund.

Terrible terrible terrible service! We came in and they told us finding a place to sit down and scan the QR code to order. We did that and waited for 30+ minutes but nothing came. We went to ask them and they told us that they have some bugs on their app so didn’t get our order. We were in a rush so couldn’t wait anymore. We left starving. They didn’t apologize for that!

Núodle is a personal favorite when it comes to late-night spots. The food is fantastic and it's one of the few places with plum juice on the menu. My favorite side dish is the lamb skewers and my favorite noodle dish is, unexpectedly, the tomato egg noodles. Not sure why it works, it just does. Although the kitchen service is fast, the customer service isn't great. That said, I can look past that for the good food (and large portions) at a great price.

Autumn/winter means soup noodle marathons. This place always hits. Not the nicest of restaurants but it gets the job done.

The roujiamo costs eight dollars each and is no bigger than the palm of your hand. It is very dry and salty.
Originally, I didn’t want to give a bad review because the beef noodles were okay. Today I discovered that there is also a problem with their ordering system. The person at the same table placed the order first and then I placed the order. I also saw the confirmation page. After waiting for a long time, I found that the additional order was not in the system. I don’t know if there is a problem with their system or if it was deleted by mistake. . The boss insisted that I didn’t place an order because I was hallucinating. I didn’t expect that I needed to leave evidence when placing an order for a meal.

If nobody's gonna answer the phone then don't post it on contact page. Literally no one answered.
I placed an order online and went to the restaurant to pick it up. When I walked in, a waiter approached me, asked for my name, and told me my order wasn’t ready yet, asking me to wait five more minutes. After waiting 10-15 minutes, I went back inside to check on my order. This time, another employee confronted me before I could say anything, abruptly stating, "No online orders. Either you place your order here or leave."
I was shocked and tried to explain that I had already ordered online, but he dismissed me, ignoring everything I said. Frustrated, I calmly told him to just refund my money, explaining it wasn’t about how I ordered but about the poor service I was receiving. His response? “Call your bank and dispute it.” Completely stunned by his behavior, I left the restaurant and contacted the company I ordered through. They informed me that before issuing a refund, they needed the restaurant’s confirmation.
Shortly after, the company called me back and said the restaurant claimed I had already picked up my order—which was completely false. Furious, I went back inside to confront the employee. When I asked why they were falsely claiming I had picked up the order, he denied that the restaurant had received any call from the company. Interestingly, the company was still on the phone with me, hearing everything. They asked me to hand the phone to the employee, but he refused. The company tried calling the restaurant directly, but the employee repeatedly rejected the calls. Eventually, the company processed my refund.
What stood out even more was that 3-4 other people walked in after me to pick up their orders, placed through the same service, and had no issues. I even asked them how they ordered, and it was the same platform I used.
Based on this experience and reading other reviews about this restaurant’s discriminatory behavior, I strongly believe this treatment was due to the color of my skin. I also suspect the individual I dealt with wasn’t just a regular employee, as he claimed to be the manager and acted as though he was in charge.
This is unacceptable. DO BETTER.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at Nuodle due to the behavior of the manager who was stationed at the front. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was being judged and treated differently based on my appearance. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming, and I couldn’t help but feel I was being profiled because of my race.
Meanwhile, other customers of a different background were greeted with smiles and treated with much more courtesy. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and has no place in any business, let alone one that serves the public.
I hope the management takes this seriously and implements proper training to address racial bias. Until then, I cannot support or recommend this restaurant to anyone who values fairness and respect
I feel like there is something wrong with the water quality, the soup smells very strong of tap water. I hope I won’t have diarrhea when I go back

I finally managed to order some noodles at the hotel, but when I arrived I saw there were no utensils. Does hand-pulled noodle have to be eaten with your hands? Soy milk also needs to be opened and drank. The noodles were cooked two days ago and were put in the refrigerator. I can’t say that they were hard, which was quite challenging for my teeth and stomach. The beef was dried outside, so bad review.
