Across 4 people, we got two orders of the "Valuable Meal for 2", and might I just say: it is VALUABLE. The portions per person were enough for multiple meals of leftovers each, and everything tasted delicious. The pork stir fry noodle specifically was a standout. It was also very reasonably priced for the amount of food. But be warned -- come hungry! The web app used for ordering is a little confusing and not super user friendly - in particular I got kicked out of my in progress order a few times for no reason I could tell, and there was no option to split any of the payment per table when paying (this is something that should be piece of cake through a web app IMO).

This restaurant must be meant for Chinese taste only. We ordered two dishes and both dishes were the worst Chinese food we ever had. Even during my dozen trips to China since 1982 I never had such bad food ever.

The menu looked good and I love hand pulled noodles but unfortunately the taste and quality just were not there. My soup was kinda bland. Service was decent, too. I would say the 3.5ish average on Yelp is accurate for the food.

I was surprised to see a skewers restaurant in Seattle and needed to try this one. I have to say don't get non spice if you come here. The non spicy skewers were extremely bland (got it for kids) they didn't enjoy that. The spicy beef ones were delicious. The braised pork combo is a go to and a must. Super tender and yummy with good portions. The appetizer was not as good we got the variety sample and wings. Wings were not as flavorful as we thought as well. The drinks are good we got the plum juice. The service was good and it was pretty busy when we got there.

3.5 stars - This place has been on my radar after a lot of friends individually have made a visit here and also featured in one of the Asian content creators channels. I went here on a Sunday lunch and it was not too busy - you order through the QR code and food came out fairly quickly. There is little to no service at the only waiter/waitress interaction is them delivering the water and food to you. Even for paying the check, you just do it online. I got the original beef noodle soup (thick noodles) and BBQ sausage mild spicy. The noodle soup is good but average at best - I have had better of these hand pulled noodle soups elsewhere, particularly in the San Gabriel Valley of LA. For some reason, I was expecting somewhat of that quality given the hype that I have been hearing. The soup is fairly mild in flavor and the beef is not that good of quality as it was fairly tough. The noodle texture is fine, and it is nice that it is hand pulled to the thickness you prefer. The BBQ sausage is like the Chinese skewers with the spices, but not really numbing spice. It is certainly very flavorful and definitely dominates the flavor compared to the milder noodle soup. Overall, my experience has been a bit underwhelming, but that is not to say the place is not good. I just had better expectations.

I love this place. I can and have came multiple times in a week that’s how good this place is. Love that you have a variety of noodles to choose from and the broths it just warms the soul. Everyone is so nice, the overall atmosphere is great. Best part of all they are open late! Getting off from a late shift this is a place to go. I would say if you could sell other soda products then Coke.

The noodle soups here are not boring at all. They're very rich and flavorful.

The food is delicious! I've been twice, got the beef original soup and the pickled vegetable one, both are excellent and an excellent price given the amount of noodles (both times, I was able to take home a second or half meal). It's located in the Asian Family Mart plaza, so plenty of parking if you're willing to walk a little. They're also one of very few places open quite late, so when a group of us came in at 9:30, they were able to seat us and have us order food. They have several bathrooms in the back (I think three?), separate rooms rather than stalls. This last time I also tasted the beef skewers; the skewers were what I'd call aggressively "okay". The pieces of meat were too small and slightly tough, but the flavors were nice. Note: they don't speak much English. Ordering and paying is on QR-code/site, so that's fine, but they had trouble understanding someone in our group when we tried to tell them we had 20 people in the room and when they tried to seat us they also spoke Chinese. (Admittedly our group was Asian American and I *could* speak Chinese, but the ones who were talking to the hostess couldn't speak/understand.)

Nuodle is a hand pulled noodle spot with one location in the city and another out here on the east side. This place is open late (up to midnight even on weekdays!) and serves up delicious food with solid portions at the decently low price of 15 bucks a bowl. They have a kiosk for people interested in grabbing food to go as I have seen a line out the door during peak dinner hours and service is pretty hands off with ordering done via QR codes. Chef Special Cucumbers (4.5/5): Surprisingly delicious and surprisingly kinda spicy. Super crunchy and great way to pretend like you're still eating vegetables so your meal is still healthy. Beef Flank Noodle Soup (3/5): I really enjoyed the soup, it was light and the beef flank was decently tender. Unfortunately, the wide noodles were a total miss - instead of a chewy texture, they just broke when you bit into them. Pretty unfortunate as typically wide noodles are my favorite. Marinated Pork Stir Noodle (4/5): The pork looked like it would be stringy and dry, but it was surprisingly quite tender. Overall, the dish was slightly too salty for me, but I got this with the thin noodles and those were definitely the highlight. Nice bouncy texture and will be back for them :)

Came here for brunch today and was so disappointed with it. I have been wanting to try Nuodle after seeing crowds there, not my choice maybe. We ordered Beef Noodle soup, Scallion Noodles and Lamb skewers. Scallion noodles were so dry and chewy, wish it was a bit flavorful with more oil. Lamb was so chewy and felt a bit undercooked.

We came to Nuodle on a whim on a Sunday night! Pleasantly surprised to see there was a good amount of people inside but we got seated immediately. Ordered 3 things: Rice bowl with mushroom and chicken quarter 2.5/5 Beef noodle soup 5/5 Century egg and tofu 5/5 The rice bowl was mediocre in my opinion. Chicken tasted a little dry and needed more flavor overall. The beef noodle soup was AMAZING! Noodles were bouncy and NOT overcooked and soup tasted great. The century egg dish is great too. They add some chili crisp on top that tastes like LaoGanMa but better. This place has bad reviews bc of service but you literally order from a QR code and they bring food out to you. It makes things super fast and efficient. Not surprised I didn't like the rice dish bc this place is known for soup noodles, not rice!! When I needed an extra bowl though, I had no problem flagging them down. You pay at the front and they even have White Rabbit candy to take. The prices are good and this will for sure be our new go to spot!!
